Pleasant and dedicated staff. Noisy housekeepers, talking loudly among themselves, which can be disruptive due to incomplete soundproofing. Nice bar. Two breakfast price options: a buffet, or a set menu that is very complete for a French person, which is much appreciated. Pleasant but very small room. Comfortable bedding. Very good stay.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but it's still pretty convenient with restaurants, convenience stores, and a nice bakery nearby. The room was small; a large suitcase pretty much filled it up when opened. There's no wardrobe, just a simple clothes rack. The staff were generally friendly. One of the small elevators also broke down. Extending our stay for one night cost 200 Euros, which was incredibly bad value for money.

This hotel is located really close to Montparnasse station which was convenient for us since we arrived at the station late at night. The reception person was very welcoming and the check in was very smooth. The room was big enough and was really clean. I could hear some noise from the neighbor but only when they were speaking loud. One thing to note, I personally think breakfast here is not necessary to add. We had booked the room with breakfast included, but the food choices are limited and was not great. It’s probably better to grab something from nearby bakery. It would taste better and cheaper. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Booked a standard twin room, and it seems I got an upgrade, though all the rooms are the same size. What's really convenient about this hotel is that it's right above a subway station, making getting around super easy. Just a heads-up to everyone: hold onto your phones tightly on the subway! Ours got stolen – seriously, be extra careful! Across from the hotel, there's a Japanese restaurant and a French restaurant, both with good food.

For the location it was very good value. We stayed one night. My double room was small but adequate for one person, comfortable and surprisingly quiet with very little street noise. Nice size shower, but I couldn't control the water temperature so had a luke warm shower. My friends had a family room to share with their 11yo and it was a generous sized room with a larger double bed and a lovely bed for junior, they also had a bath instead of a shower which is often useful when children are involved. The lift (elevator for you Americans) is a bit small & quirky and struggled to take two of us with luggage whilst two took the stairs but it worked. Paid street parking was available for us only 2min walk away, not cheap but acceptable considering location. Free between 8pm and 8am and I believe free Sunday/Bank holidays. I didn't realise Saturday was a bank holiday so thought I was paying through to 9.20am Saturday (from around 6pm Friday) but actually accidently paid through to 9.20am Monday, this cost €30 (£26/$35 as at Nov-25). I noticed an underground carpark only 7-8 minute walk away, but probably similar cost. Metro station 5-6 mins walk, several entrances but need to find main entrance to buy tickets. 25min ride to the Eiffel Tower. Didn't have breakfast at hotel so can't comment, went for a walk to get breakfast as I would normally recommend in Paris. Overall, I would stay here again at the same or similar cost. (On this occasion we paid; small double £68 + family room (for 2 adults + 11yo) £80 + city taxes £7.50 per adult paid at hotel)

The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for two people. You might struggle a bit with a large suitcase! It had a bed, a bathroom, and a shower, which was all we needed. Just like in Rome, the beds in Paris tend to be on the softer side, which I found quite uncomfortable! There's a small kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Before we left, we bought some sausages from the supermarket and heated them up in the microwave in the small kitchen, which was perfect for lunch!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a short walk to both M6 and C metro lines, which take you directly to Versailles Palace and Notre Dame. Plus, the Eiffel Tower is right next to the hotel, so we got to see it every day coming in and out. We arrived around 10 AM, and after becoming members, they allowed us to check in early. The room size was decent, with enough space to fully open two suitcases. Housekeeping was good; the room was cleaned daily, and hygiene was well-maintained. However, the toiletries were quite disappointing and stingy. There were no slippers, and the shower gel and shampoo were a 3-in-1 product. The drinking cups and mouthwash cups were small disposable paper cups. While the mouthwash cups were replaced daily for a while, we stayed four nights, and by the last day, they were unusable and weren't replaced with new ones after being taken away. Tissues weren't replenished daily either; we had one box for the entire stay, which ran out on the last night. These small details were quite frustrating. Also, they don't provide complimentary bottled water in the room, but there's a free water dispenser in the lobby where you can refill as many times as you like. These are things future guests should be aware of before booking.

AAmong66The hotel's location is excellent.
