The location is very good, this place is enough to enjoy the 24-hour split You can experience the old town in a few minutes walk Be sure to experience the lively scenery of the morning market and the Split until late at night It was a structure that was going to the room right from the alley on the first floor. At first, I was embarrassed, but it was an advantage that I didn't have to go up and down the stairs with heavy luggage. Everything needed in the room was ready and the pot pans were clean and nice The bed was big and the cushion was good. There is no bungrom for breakfast with croissants and coffee milk, which is free in the garden in the morning. If you take fruit cheese and so on for breakfast, it's going to be a richer meal time.

Good location in the palace area, but it could be very confused because the hotel has different annex which is couple minutes walk apart. And it could be difficult to find the location of the annex, for the one I stay in named Villa Donbric couldn’t be find in Google map. Besides, since we have couple of large luggages, we look for hotel with elevator but the annex I stayed didn’t facilitated one. (I am not sure the other annex has one or not) The room is smaller than I expected, it’s a bit messy when we open up two luggage together. Other than that, it’s a cozy place to stay with helpful staff. The breakfast is served and good, with different options of eggs. I suggest extra attention is better when booking the hotel about the location and concern with luggages. Or I will suggest booking their optional pick up service.

A five-star hotel in Europe, the price is relatively expensive, but the service is still very good, the breakfast is very rich, the bathroom is super large and very comfortable to use. The room has a sightseeing terrace and is very close to the beach! The hotel will send a bottle of water every day. If you want an extra bottle of water, remember that you have to pay for it, and it is very expensive.

A great hotel, super service, chamber hotel - it probably has only 24 rooms; they do nicely before the hotel. Super SPA - a swimming pool with warm water; good food - nooooo can and could be a little more diverse, but they are also fruit and sausage and cheese and salads and cakes and grain of various kinds - bravo bravo; we reached the passenger port by walking in 20 min. I'd love to go back there if I'd be in Split any more.

I had agreed with the hotel in advance that I would arrive at 9:00, but in the end there was no one there, although they promised that a cleaning lady would meet me, take my luggage and then, when she cleaned, I would be able to check in. I stood near the door for an hour, otherwise there is no way to enter the hotel without a key. The guests themselves let me in. There I waited for a hotel employee. They didn’t even answer my WhatsApp. This is terrible irresponsibility and a spitting attitude towards guests. The shower is leaking, I am attaching a photo, it is not very pleasant to wipe the dirty floor with a clean one. Very good audibility, I heard what they were talking about in the corridor. Pros: good location, excellent view from the window of the city and the sea. The apartment is definitely not worth the money.

The massive Gregory of Nin statue is practically around the corner.  Transit Hubs: It’s incredibly convenient if you're arriving by transit or planning to do some island-hopping. The main Split train station, ferry port, and the Trznica bus stop are all within a short, flat 5-to-10-minute walk. You won't have to drag your heavy luggage across town! Beaches & Dining: Bačvice Beach is only about a 10-minute walk away if you want to take a quick dip in the Adriatic. The hotel is near the church and the bayside. It is near the stores as well but then it is quite hard to find at first and quite hard to get there when you have so many luggages coz the car cannot access inside coz it is inside a small street. The room have a beautiful view as well and it smells so good (but it’s too strong though). Somehow it is clean yet I saw a small cockroach. The wifi cannot reach our room as well even if our room is only in the first floor. Overall it was okay. The bed is so comfy and the pillows. But the blanket is so weird coz it is supposed to be a big one for 1 big bed and for couples, but then the blanket is two small ones and they are separated. I find it weird but it’s okay. And also the mirror, i don’t like when the mirror is reflective in the bed. For fengshui it is not healthy coz it will make you sick. But overall, the hotel is good and the price is quite pricey though. The pool is just okay.

I had originally booked at Hotel Ambassador, but was informed just before my trip that it would not be open on the day. With the support of the Trip.com staff, I ended up staying at this hotel. There was a price difference, but Trip.com covered it. The hotel was in the off-season and there were not many guests, so although I had booked a double room, I was upgraded free of charge and stayed in a suite. The ocean view room had a great view from the balcony. It is a little far from the city center (about 3km) and a little inconvenient for sightseeing, but the hotel itself was clean and the hotel staff were nice. The breakfast was also luxurious and satisfying.
