I am very satisfied with my stay at Revo. The room is clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful, there are plenty of amenities, and the location is great. On the day I check in, the staff told me that the room was not ready yet, but quickly made it up to us by providing us free drinks while we waited. When we asked for extra pillows and the staff was unable to provide us that night since it was too late, she waived off the fees for another drink we were going to buy. The room we stayed in was well equiped and spacious. And the apartment/hotel had game room, workspace, meeting rooms, laundry room among many others. Right next to the hotel was a bakery, supermarket, and drug store, which is extremely convenient. The location was a little away from the city centre, but only a few steps from the metro station, so travelling wad also convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend this place for travellers

The hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful residential area with just a 10 min walk to Nordfriedhof station and also nearby tram station. The breakfast buffer spread is great, my favorites are salmon + horseradish and croissant. Extensive selection of beverages from juices, coffee, tea and milk. The room provides nice bedding with comfortable pillows and the toilet is spacious.

My stay at the HYPERION Hotel München was truly excellent. While not in the bustling city center, its public transport links are incredibly convenient. Just a short walk brings you to S-Bahn, U-Bahn, or tram stops, making travel to the Old Town, Marienplatz, and the Central Station smooth and fast. Being a bit removed from the city's hustle and bustle actually provided a quiet, open environment and fantastic sleep quality – a real oasis of calm. The breakfast was a particular highlight and truly impressive, both in variety and quality. From freshly baked pastries and high-quality cold cuts and cheeses to made-to-order hot dishes and fresh fruit juices, the selection was vast, and the flavors and freshness of ingredients were impeccable. Out of the city but in 100 meters you are in a free highway to go everywhere in the city center. Outdoor private free parking. Front desk people kind and helpful. Around not many restaurants or cafes or  supermarkets but you can manage it, just in case of needs.

However, you can book the breakfast buffet at the neighboring restaurant ”Marris” for 14.90 EUR (Note: unfortunately closed on Sundays) or for 8.50 EUR at the nearby ”Wombat's” hotel (Note: very basic breakfast). 😔👎🏻

The room is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. The photos are clearly taken using camera angles that make the space look much larger than it actually is. The bathroom is also extremely small, and the bathtub is only suitable for children, not adults. It feels very cramped, with hardly any room to move around. There is also very little space to keep your luggage and other belongings. Considering the price, I would recommend looking for other accommodation options that offer better value for money.

Hotel was close to the main station. Staff was helpful. However, no fan or air conditioning in the room. Other basic anemities such as hot water kettle, iron board and refridgerator was not available. A very bare room for minimal comfort.

OK - the good - The rooms are spacious, bed is large, the bathroom is lux with marble floors. it is also in a great location. It is close to the train station and has a Lidl behind it. The barman Jan is friendly and helpful. And the not so good - The rooms do not have a fridge, a microwave and not even a kettle! When I enquired about the tea and coffee facilities, I was curtly told if I wanted coffee I could buy it downstairs. It is difficult to understand how a hotel can justify a 4 star rating if it doesn't have anything more than a bed and a bathroom. And then there is the room temperature. It's a furnace in the room I think the temperature was set to 29 degrees C!! And the room temperature can't be changed in room. Only the reception can. Even if they change it, it resets the next day. I'm not sure why this hotel needs a sauna... Just stay in the room. As has been noted in another review on Tripadvisor, this issue is ongoing. He noted it in 2017 and again in 2019 but nothing has changed. Secondly is the staff attitude. They aren't rude but not friendly either. Likely they are worn down by the same issues getting raised while they are powerless to change it themselves. Unsurprisingly, I was not offered a late check out. The main advantage of location is lost by all the disadvantages. If that's why you want to stay here, don't let the photo's trick you, book another better hotel nearby.
