This hostel just opened. I was a solo female traveler and the room was clean, as were the blankets, pillows, and towels. It has a key card system, large lockers, and good air conditioning. The room was spacious, and I was able to choose a female-only room. The bed had a thick curtain to block out light, making it feel cozy. Overall, it was great! The reception staff were also very friendly and cheerful. Before you come, remember to bring 500 baht cash for the deposit! 😂 There was a bit of noise from outside, but if you're really sleepy, you can still fall right asleep, haha. I booked it for less than 4 red banknotes (less than 400 baht). Overall, it's very good!

I would like to give a very special thank you to the entire team at Maison Hotel Bangkok, especially Mr. Faro and Mr. Beckham. On the early morning of 8 September 2026, I accidentally left my phone in a Grab car while returning to the hotel from a restaurant. The situation was especially difficult because the lost phone was the same phone I needed to contact Grab, so I had absolutely no way to reach the driver myself. When I returned to the hotel, it was already very late at night. Mr. Faro, the concierge, went far beyond what I expected. He spent hours helping me write emails, make phone calls, and try different ways to contact Grab’s headquarters. Even after 3 a.m., when there was still no progress, he told me that he would continue to monitor the case and brief his colleague taking over the morning shift so that they could continue following up. After getting almost no sleep, I went down to the lobby around 7 a.m. to check for any updates. There was still no news, but Mr. Beckham, the concierge taking over the shift, already knew the entire situation because Mr. Faro had briefed him. He immediately continued helping me and also took the time to record my lost-phone details again to make sure nothing was missed. Then, around 11 a.m., Grab finally contacted the hotel. The driver agreed to return my phone, and I was able to get it back that afternoon. Losing the phone itself was already stressful, but what worried me most was the important personal information stored inside it. The support from Mr. Faro and Mr. Beckham made a huge difference during a very stressful situation. They did not simply tell me to contact Grab myself — they genuinely took ownership of the problem and kept following up even though it was not their responsibility. I am truly grateful to both of them and to the entire Maison Hotel team for their kindness, patience and professionalism. This experience really showed me what excellent hospitality means. I will definitely choose Maison Hotel again the next time I visit Bangkok. Thank you so much, Mr. Faro and Mr. Beckham! You both made a very stressful situation much easier for me . 🙏

This was my second stay here, this time on the 45th floor. The room was still good, but my previous stay was in a higher-tier room with a floor-to-ceiling window and a higher floor, which was naturally more comfortable. I'd recommend booking as early as possible to get a better room type for roughly the same price. The air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted, and it was a bit too cold at night, so if you're sensitive to cold, bring extra long-sleeved clothing. The great thing about staying here is the opportunity to enjoy the changing light throughout the day and night, and to go up to the free 360-degree rotating observation deck to overlook the entire Bangkok – it's fantastic for photos. However, if you want to take pictures with people in them, using the restaurant's balcony during breakfast (which is paid) provides better photo opportunities. You can also move between different balconies to get a 360-degree view of Bangkok. While the breakfast itself is just average, the unparalleled view is, in my opinion, well worth it! I usually arrange this as my last hotel stop before returning home because the Pratunam area is convenient for buying souvenirs, and I feel secure leaving my luggage here. Taking the A3 bus to Don Mueang Airport is also convenient and quick. However, be aware that this time when I waited for the A3 at the bus stop at the alley entrance, I was misled by the ”A3, No Service” message on the bus stop sign, thinking it meant the service was suspended. In fact, it runs approximately once an hour, so it likely meant the electronic display couldn't read the schedule information. Checking bus times on Google Maps is more reliable. If you're going to Suvarnabhumi Airport, the Airport Rail Link City Line is equally convenient. Regarding souvenirs or personal items, if you need pain relief cream, I found that 'Tai Ru Yi' inside The Market Bangkok was much cheaper than Big C next door (Counterpain Hot 120g, 135 baht; Cool 120g, 144 baht). Bio Treatment hair mask sachets were 8 baht, and the red label 3-in-1 milk tea packs were 45 baht for 100g (180 baht for 500g, but this 500g pack wasn't the cheapest – I saw the cheapest at the red label milk tea branch in the basement of Robinson Department Store near BTS S6 station, 165 baht for 500g (50 baht for 100g)).

We stayed 1 night on our way to chiang mai. Has a shuttle from the airport and to the airport (it was as full when we came to leave so book or ask in advance) Right next to Robinson lifestyle where they have lots of animals in the centre fish 🐠 pharmacies cafes restaurants etc room clean aircon good it’s very convenient missed breakfast as it’s only on to one and got it at 4am so can’t comment on the breakfast but all in all it was good I’d stay again

Wow what a great experience I have absolutely nothing I can complain about. Staff was unbelievably helpful especially the young lady serving breakfast. Very cute always a warm smile on her face and quick to take away any dishes that were not being used. I will use their service again.

The room is similar to a domestic loft, with excellent amenities including pots, pans, a coffee maker, induction hob, microwave, fridge, and washing machine – very convenient indeed. However, the decor is just average. The buffet on the first floor doesn't offer a wide variety. On the bright side, the surrounding area is very convenient with a light rail station, dining options, and a 7-Eleven nearby. It has one large bed and two small beds, perfect for a family of four.

My stay at Samala was fantastic! The hotel facilities are brand new, and the suite is incredibly spacious with excellent natural light. I could fully open all my luggage without feeling cramped, and the flow was still smooth. It felt so comfortable and clean, with absolutely no feeling of being squeezed in. The value for money is outstanding, I highly recommend it!

Its a nice simpel hotel (mostly *** men) you share a toilet and bathroom with one other person. Bed is good door can be locked. Got 2 big lockers for ur stuff to put inside and airconditioning at the hall (with none in bedroom) gets warm in there. - no warm water showers are only cold. - Small towel but after use you can change for clean/new one. - No protected luggage storage before and after checkin/out. Its on the hall way without labels or numbers to collect. The night market is in the street hard to navagate round 16:00 and 01:00 and unable to reach by car/taxi on that moment. Overall simpel but i would not stay here again because of the warm room and cold shower.

This was my first time staying here, and I normally don’t write hotel reviews—it’s just not something I usually do. But this place is an exception. I was truly impressed. The property is clean and new, the service is excellent, and the breakfast was great with absolutely nothing to complain about. I will definitely be staying here again. Sometimes it’s 10/10 sometimes it’s 5/10. I think it’s depend on the season! Room sometimes 10/10 but sometimes very dirty and not comfortable I don’t know why it’s change everytime haha
