The bed linens and pillowcases were exceptionally clean, fresh, and bright white. Everything was neat, tidy, and well-maintained, with a pleasant and refreshing scent throughout the room. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby places. Overall, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, comfort, atmosphere, and convenient location. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is located in the Pratunam area, right next to a 7-Eleven where you can grab a custom slushie. Just across the street is the famous Pratunam Chicken Rice, which is delicious and affordable. A bit further down the road is Big C, making shopping very convenient. The hotel is quite large, divided into A and B towers. To get to Tower B from the lobby, you need to go to the 11th floor and cross a skybridge. There are a lot of people, so waiting for the elevator can be time-consuming. The breakfast is excellent, though it also gets crowded. Other than that, everything else is great.

A good hotel right in the heart of Chinatown. In the evenings, there's a kind of street food market set up in front of the hotel. They block off two out of four lanes of the road, put out tables, and people eat there. The street is packed with people, and the festivities go on until about midnight. You can't hear the commotion from the 6th floor. The rooftop pool isn't big, but it offers a great city view. Many of the city's attractions are within walking distance. Nearby, there are alleys with markets selling all sorts of things, from food to clothes. The staff is friendly. When checking out, our deposit was returned without any issues, even though the staff didn't even enter our room (we preferred it that way). The bellboy asked for our taxi's number and found it himself in the stream of cars. The hotel itself is calm and quiet, despite the lively street scene outside. For our 3-day sightseeing trip in Bangkok, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The photos show the view from our room.

Ok hotel for the price. If you’re on a budget and want to be close to the markets then this is a good option. I had booked the deluxe room. Got it in the 16th floor. The first room was a connecting. I had just booked one room. The first night no one stayed in the other room. The second night someone had checked in and was playing extrekt loud music. So the hotel moved me further down the hallway. So I’ll be comparing two rooms. The check in was smooth. A bit of a hassle to find the elivator to the hotel since the taxi had left me in the basemen parking. The room was ready when I checked in at 13.20. The hotel was old but really well kept was my first thought when I got the first room. There was a scent in all the hotel. And the room was clean and everything worked as it should. The second room was less well kept. The shower rack was a bit tilted. The flush for the toilet didn’t work properly. And was a bit more stains here and there. In all I just stayed for 3 bights so didn’t want to bother too much with complaints. The pool area was not in a way that I felt like I wanted to use it. A wonderful massage at reception level. So that is a plus. Climate control in the room was either really cold or firm ac off. The ac would make a really loud noise all the time.

It was a nice place overall. However, they are horrible at customer service if you have an unconvinced with your flight. Personally I don’t recommend staying here if you are traveling from far like I did. I was traveling from America and my flights were cancelled and delayed. The hotel refused to give me a refund or move my dates to didn’t days I have to make additional payment. They provide airport shuttle which is the only good thing. However, it’s more than an hour from the city and nice activities to do.

The Twin Towers Hotel เดอะ ทวิน ทาวเวอร์ offers very good value for Bangkok. The hotel is definitely a little outdated, but the rooms are surprisingly spacious and comfortable for the price. The swimming pool is a nice bonus and a good place to relax. There is also a gym, although it is quite basic and some of the equipment feels old and rusty. The biggest weakness is the check-in process. Check-in is only available after 2 PM, which is understandable, but they also would not allow the registration procedures and documents to be completed before 2 PM. This means many guests start the entire process at the same time, making the reception unnecessarily slow and inefficient during peak check-in hours. The room itself was spacious, although the toilet bowl in my room was constantly draining a small amount of water, so some maintenance would definitely help. Overall, despite its age and a few operational issues, The Twin Towers Hotel is still a solid choice if you prioritize space, a swimming pool and good value for money over modern facilities. At around HKD 450 per night, it is difficult to complain too much.

The room service and food were outstanding, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The complimentary airport transfer was also a fantastic benefit. It was more than a wonderful stay — honestly even much better than we expected. For this price, the hotel is truly unbeatable. Every morning there is a buffet with a mix of Western and Asian cuisine, which is great because there is something for every taste. The hotel also offers a free gym and a pool. Another very convenient feature is that you can use the washing machines and dryers for a very small price. Since our flight arrived very late at night, we were worried that checking in might be difficult, but it was absolutely no problem to check in in the middle of the night. Everything went smoothly. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming — it is honestly hard to describe how kind they are. We were also very impressed by how quiet the rooms were inside, making the stay very relaxing. I usually do not use housekeeping services, but what really surprised me was that even without requesting room cleaning, they hung a bag with two new water bottles and toilet paper on the outside door handle. It was such a thoughtful detail and meant we did not even have to ask for anything. The internet was also very good, and the mini fridge cooled extremely well — much better than we have experienced in most other hotels. Overall, it is truly a wonderful hotel and we would definitely stay here again.
