Very convenient location. At the foot of the Bayioke Tower. I booked this hotel specifically for shopping, and it's the best decision. Everything is within walking distance, from cheap junk and souvenirs to luxury shopping malls. Check-in was hassle-free, the staff explained everything and helped with the airport transfer. The metro is nearby. It's convenient that there are dishes and a kitchenette. Hot water and air conditioning are available. The furniture is old, but it serves its purpose, and it's a great value in a top location.

Stayed at AETAS Lumpini during my recent trip to Bangkok and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s biggest strength is its location. Situated near MRT Lumpini and directly opposite One Bangkok, getting around the city is extremely convenient. Whether you’re heading to Sukhumvit, Silom, or Chinatown, public transport is easily accessible. The front desk staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the concierge team was always helpful whenever I needed assistance or directions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the generous room size, which felt larger than many hotels in a similar price range. The bed was comfortable, housekeeping was efficient, and everything was well maintained. What impressed me most was the value for money. Considering the location, room size, and level of service provided, I felt I received excellent value for what I paid. Overall, AETAS Lumpini is a solid choice for both business and leisure travellers looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient part of Bangkok.

I have found this hotel few years ago, however we didn’t have a chance to stay there until now. I expected high standards of services and comfort of room and I can say that this hotel has definitely reached my expectations completely. It’s stylish, comfortable and rooms are spacious with everything what is needed for shorter or longer stay. We will definitely stay here again when we’ll stay for a night or two in Bangkok.

The room was spacious, but the air conditioning and exhaust fan were a bit noisy. The AC was a wall-mounted knob type with only three fan speeds. The area downstairs was a bit chaotic with a night market in the mornings and evenings, quite a contrast to the hotel itself. The highlights were definitely being the tallest hotel in Bangkok, with great indoor photo spots on the 78th floor and the amazing rotating indoor observation deck on the 84th floor. There's also an outdoor pool, a fruit shop, a buffet restaurant, and a cafe, so you could easily spend an entire day without leaving the hotel.

This is an old hotel in the midst of Chinatown. The rooms are well furnished (even if without windows) and the breakfast is quite ok with Thai rice dishes, eggs & ham/sausages, fruits and breads/croissants and beverages. There's a nice 25m rooftop pool. This hotel is within 150m of a blue line metro station (2 stops from grand palace), and a small lotus supermarket with a KFC within 250m. There's LOTS of street food in front of the hotel at night, and street/alley shopping a block opposite. Our only issue is with the bad odour that enters the hotel lobby from the road which itself stinks (probably due to very poor drainage).

I have to say, this hotel was really great, and the price-performance ratio was excellent 😊 Although there's some construction going on in the area right now, making transportation a bit inconvenient, the location is king 😎 The best part is that hotels usually charge guests a deposit (either cash or credit card, which is refunded upon check-out). But what surprised me was that they only recorded your credit card payment and didn't charge you anything, so we didn't have to worry about any follow-up on refunds 👍 This is so awesome 👏 I was originally planning to pay cash (6000 🐷) 🥲 and thought, ”Another 6000 less for shopping!” 😅 Now I'm so happy 🥳 Okay, next, let me introduce this hotel 🏨 First: 1) The hotel is above a shopping mall ☝️ (You need to take the elevator from the 1st floor to the hotel lobby on the 7th floor) 2) Hotel lobby There's a massage shop right next door. I initially thought those in hotels would be expensive 😅, but the prices were about the same as outside, so convenient! 👍 (If you don't mind what others think, you can even go for a massage in your pajamas, since the massage shop is right outside the elevator.) 3) Next, there's McDonald's and Starbucks downstairs, selling snacks 😃😃, which is a big plus 😜 4) Pratunam Mall, December, Central World, 7-Eleven, morning/night market, and the famous pork leg rice are all just a few minutes' walk away 👍 So convenient! Finally, the hotel room is spacious and the soundproofing is excellent 👏 You can't hear any road construction noise outside at all 👍 A little anecdote (from my daughter comment): ”Mom, this mini-fridge is really cold!” 😂 (Because I always complain that the hotel fridge isn't cold, hahaha) 😄 This little girl really knows her mom so well 😅

This was our second stay at this hotel during our time in Bangkok, and that alone says a lot. We originally planned to stay only a few days, but felt comfortable enough to extend our stay for another week. What stood out most was how easy it was to settle into a routine here. The atmosphere feels relaxed, the property is well maintained, and everything worked smoothly throughout our stay. The staff were welcoming and consistently helpful whenever we needed assistance. We especially enjoyed spending time by the pool after busy days in the city, and appreciated having comfortable spaces where we could relax between sightseeing and work. The hotel offered a great balance between value, comfort, and convenience. The surrounding area has plenty of local food options, shops, and useful services, making longer stays very practical. Overall, this was a place we genuinely enjoyed returning to every evening, and extending our stay by an extra week turned out to be an easy decision. We would happily stay here again on a future trip to Bangkok!

We traveled to Bangkok for a business and family trip and had a pleasant stay overall. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and offered an upgrade to a two-bedroom room. Initially, we were not particularly interested in the upgrade, but we later appreciated it because the room had a bathtub. This was very helpful for us since we were traveling with a baby, and the hotel does not provide a small baby bathtub. However, some dust on the floor and since our baby was crawling, dust stuck to the clothes and knees. Water is very important for sterilizing baby bottles and utensils, so we needed quite a bit during our stay. An additional drinking water would be charged if we requested more. Also, there was no bottle sterilizer provided. Breakfast was nice. The space is small but beautifully decorated. The room atmospherer and location are great for a business trip. The only downside was a male receptionist who helped with our luggage during check-out, as he seemed unfriendly and not very willing to assist.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right at the exit of Chong Nonsi BTS station. The views of Bangkok's tallest skyscraper are incredible, especially the breathtaking sky pool on the rooftop.
