The hotel staff were warm and polite, and there's a station nearby for easy access to all the attractions. The room was spacious and well-designed, and a simple breakfast was included. It's a shame there's no laundry room, so I had to take my clothes out to wash them.

Great hotel for a short stay in Salzburg: free parking, free ticket for all public transport, very close to the airport and to the Autobahn to Munich. 2 small negative things I would like to highlight that are worth improving: 1. At the main door, there are 2 parking spots, clearly marked ”CHECK-IN”. So my understanding was: park there, then check-in, then move the car to the main parking lot upstairs. But then the first thing that I heard at the reception is that there is a fine for parking at that spot and that I must move the car right away. That is confusing and very strange, since those 2 parking spots don't have any other marks (e.g other company signs like some further spots) and the ”CHECK-IN” designation is very visible. I would recommend the hotel to address this issue, either by removing the ”CHECK-IN” designation from those spots, or moving that designation to another spot, or posting clear check-in-parking instructions somewhere. Thank you! 2. I had shower gel in the hand soap dispenser (the bottle had number 2 in it while the hand soap should have had number 1). The gel can still be used as soap, of course, but also there was only enough gel for 1-2 uses. I'm sure this was a one-time issue, but I have to remove 1 star from my review because of that. Thank you!

Convenient location, just beside a petrol station that has a convenient store. Bus stop just beside as well. Cons: rude bartender and dirty towel (only realized there was some brown stains after using it during the night. Lazy to complain and ask for replacement since we are only staying for a night, so subsequently I used the hand towel instead.)

Lovely hotel with a great location and a spacious terrace. The room was a good size, and the bathroom wasn't cramped either. My only minor complaint: a small fridge would have been nice; otherwise, I had to eat all the Mozartkugeln myself! 😄 Would definitely book this hotel again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Arte Hotel Salzburg. The location is excellent—right next to the main train station, making it perfect if you’re arriving by train or planning day trips. The Old Town is a pleasant walk away, so it’s still easy to explore the city. The real hidden gem is the Sky Bar. It offers breathtaking panoramic views over Salzburg, especially at sunset and in the evening. The cocktails were great, and breakfast is also served there, making it a fantastic way to start the day. I’d definitely recommend requesting a room on one of the higher floors to make the most of the views. The only downside was the communication regarding the complimentary Salzburg public transport pass. We were told at check-in that the hotel would provide it, but despite asking three more times during our stay, we never received it. It was disappointing as we had planned to use it for getting around the city. I hope the hotel can improve this process for future guests. Overall, it’s a modern, well-located hotel with spectacular views, and I’d happily stay here again.

The hotel is new, very clean, with good, expensive fixtures and fittings, and comfortable beds. It's quiet and soundproofed. The breakfasts are standard, but quite good. A beautiful lake with a private beach is a 15-minute walk from the hotel, perfect for swimming with children in the summer. Cons: It's located on the outskirts, a 20-25-minute trolleybus ride from the central train station and the city center. Which isn't too bad. However, keep in mind that the trolley only runs one route. Once you get to the stop, you can spend another 10-15 minutes waiting. Also, for some reason, the Wi-Fi didn't work at the hotel. There was no service at all for the two days we stayed there. The receptionist said, ”Sorry, they're fixing the problem,” but the internet still didn't work. Also, when I checked in, there was no kettle or towels in the room—I had to go to reception to ask for them. They brought them 30 minutes later. But overall, it was a strange approach. This is the first time I've encountered this—especially at a Hilton hotel. But overall, I liked the hotel. Key points—a comfortable sleep, quiet, cleanliness—everything was excellent!

The hotel is located right next to the interchange, and there's a bus stop for bus route 21 downstairs. The hotel has a parking lot, but there's a McDonald's downstairs, and some of the parking spaces are for McDonald's customers. You need to look for spaces with 'B&B' written inside them to find the hotel's spots. Parking costs 10 Euros per day. The parking lot is accessed by driving up a ramp, and there are also outdoor spaces. The ones near McDonald's are not for the hotel. The parking lot adjacent to the hotel has both stairs and an elevator that go up to the front desk level. There's also an elevator inside the hotel to access other floors and the ground level. The hotel has a more modern decor but lacks amenities. There's no fridge in the room, and when I asked at the front desk, they also don't have an ice machine. The room size is decent. When you check in, the front desk will ask if you need a transport card; you can get one for the duration of your stay, which allows free rides on city buses. You can reach the old town center in about half an hour, which is actually quite convenient. There's a Lidl supermarket one bus stop away, or a 15-minute walk. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
