The hotel staff were warm and polite, and there's a station nearby for easy access to all the attractions. The room was spacious and well-designed, and a simple breakfast was included. It's a shame there's no laundry room, so I had to take my clothes out to wash them.

The accommodation was in excellent condition, and the staff member who checked me in was incredibly friendly. The parking facilities, although outdoors, were spacious and conveniently connected to the property, with plenty of spots available. I had no inconveniences during my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Vienna. The location was perfect, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh food, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg and would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel staff are very friendly and happy to answer any questions! The room has everything you need, feels cozy and makes for a comfortable stay. Sometimes I can hear the sound of trains, but the scenery at the station is nice and the sound doesn’t affect my life too much. Great location! It won’t be dangerous to walk around the area by yourself. You can walk to the station/Mirabell Palace Gardens. The hotel restaurant next to it seems to have good reviews and there are many people queuing. In addition, there are many restaurants to choose from nearby. There is also a shopping mall Kiesel, which has BILLA, BIPA and Subway, which is not bad!

If you want to experience the traditional European hotel culture, this hotel will interest you. There are all kinds of cute little decorations in front of the small entrance. The elderly lady greets you with a smile at the front desk, then puts on her glasses and opens a thick book to find your reservation information line by line. She will carefully answer any questions you ask. If you need to print on the computer occasionally, the slow operation can effectively train your patience and willpower. Finally, the heavy room key handed to you will immediately remind you of the scene in the old movie ”Grand Hotel”. What surprised me most was that the hotel has a yard as a special parking lot for the hotel, which is very considerate for self-driving tourists.

Arte is conveniently located near the Central Station, making it easy to walk over with luggage. I chose this hotel because the room was spacious enough to open two large suitcases or more. The front desk staff were also very polite. We accidentally broke a coffee cup and saucer, but when we informed the front desk, they didn't charge us. All the mini-bar drinks are complimentary, and there's a coffee machine – highly recommended! The only downside is that the bathroom doesn't have a door, but since we're a couple, it wasn't an issue. If you're staying with friends and that bothers you, you might want to skip this place.

Overall, it was okay. There's a fridge and a kettle. The mattress was on the firmer side, which I prefer, and it was the most comfortable mattress I've slept on while traveling. However, I strongly recommend replacing the old pillow inserts; the filling has turned into clumps of cotton, and I had to fold a bath towel to put on top of the pillow just to make it usable. I had to specifically ask the front desk for the Salzburg tourist transport card; they didn't offer it proactively. The sink stopper needs to be pulled out to drain the water, and I'm not sure if it needs repair or if it's a unique design. There was a brown hair hidden deep inside the two-in-one shampoo and body wash bottle, which I only noticed after the first use. It would pop out when pressing the bottle and then retract after a while. At first, I thought it was just shower gel clinging to the nozzle, but then I clearly saw the hair follicle at the root. On the second day, I decided not to use the body wash at all.

After more than 10 days staying in hostel, the hotel provides privacy and have a comfy bed which are controllable. Location : - Abit far from city centre, but there is quit a good frequency of city centre buses. Service :- Was greeted with kindness and was able to provide all information required to be accessible around the area. So, to conclude Pro :- Cosy and clean Cons :- To provide shuttle to EuroPark if possible.

The hotel is located right next to the interchange, and there's a bus stop for bus route 21 downstairs. The hotel has a parking lot, but there's a McDonald's downstairs, and some of the parking spaces are for McDonald's customers. You need to look for spaces with 'B&B' written inside them to find the hotel's spots. Parking costs 10 Euros per day. The parking lot is accessed by driving up a ramp, and there are also outdoor spaces. The ones near McDonald's are not for the hotel. The parking lot adjacent to the hotel has both stairs and an elevator that go up to the front desk level. There's also an elevator inside the hotel to access other floors and the ground level. The hotel has a more modern decor but lacks amenities. There's no fridge in the room, and when I asked at the front desk, they also don't have an ice machine. The room size is decent. When you check in, the front desk will ask if you need a transport card; you can get one for the duration of your stay, which allows free rides on city buses. You can reach the old town center in about half an hour, which is actually quite convenient. There's a Lidl supermarket one bus stop away, or a 15-minute walk. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

The hotel was more conveniently located for public transportation (trolleybus) to Salzburg city center than I had expected. Many lines pass right in front of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall and supermarket next door, where we could easily purchase groceries during our stay. Despite the hotel being very busy and crowded with guests, the staff at the reception desk and the breakfast restaurant were all friendly and attentive. The view from the hotel lobby was also very nice. One neutral point is that the hotel's entrance sign on Sterneckstrasse could be improved. We spent about two minutes walking around the building trying to find the entrance. Perhaps you could consider adding more signage or a clearer indication of where the entrance is? Unfortunately, I encountered some issues that overshadowed these positive aspects. Having had a very satisfying experience at a BW hotel in Bologna, Italy (which I hadn’t expected much from since it was just a one-night stay during a road trip, but everything from the breakfast to the bed and interior was fantastic), I had high expectations for this BW Plus hotel as well. Since I visited during a busy tourist season, I didn’t expect an early check-in and everything seemed fine until I entered the room in the evening. First, I found what appeared to be traces of a previous guest in the toilet—yes, a small spot of something brown. It was tiny, less than a quarter the size of a fingernail, but it was still noticeable. I have poor eyesight and often get scolded by my wife for not noticing things like this. I also noticed similar dried brown stains on the bathroom floor, which I assumed were the same thing. The showerhead had limescale and mold, which didn’t leave a good impression. These are issues that could be easily resolved with a bit of bleach, and I thought it would be nice if the housekeeping staff paid more attention to such details. The most disappointing thing was the pillow filling, which I’ll simply attach a photo of here. Many guests, especially those from Asia, praised the breakfast highly in Google reviews, so I had some expectations. However, having stayed at many hotels in Europe, I didn’t find it particularly special. In terms of taste, I would rate it around 70-80 out of 100. (To be specific, I would compare it to breakfast at other four-star hotels like the Grand Hotel International Prague or the Holiday Inn City in Düsseldorf) In conclusion, despite these issues, I still want to give the hotel a 4-star rating. This is because I was able to book a room just two weeks before my trip for a rate of around 150 euros per night, which is quite reasonable during peak season in this area. I am confident that with a little more attention to cleanliness and room hygiene, this hotel could quickly improve its customer satisfaction. Despite the concerns about hygiene, I was overall satisfied with my stay at this hotel. This review is written not as a criticism but as a form of encouragement. Thank you to the staff and management at the Best Western Plus Amedia Art Salzburg hotel.
