The hotel was very clean and decent. The service, however, was truly exceptional. We've been transferring between different hotels these past few days, and this one had the best service by far. They were incredibly warm and attentive. Marcos, the gentleman who checked us in, was quick and very sharp. Our luggage got lost during a transfer, and he proactively helped us track it down. He also helped us book tickets for the Alhambra Palace, making our trip truly worthwhile!

The room is quiet and tidy. The hotel is decorated with characteristics. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The location is good. It is convenient to walk to the lively neighborhood. Shopping and eating are convenient. It is within ten minutes' drive to the Alhambra.

The room is generally clean but they don’t automatically provide towel for the floor in the bathroom. I feel that it’s very basic to have daily clean floor towel in bathroom. But I do enjoy the kitchen and dining area because I can rest there during the day when I need to work with laptop. The location is in the centre so it is easy to find things around here

Both the rooms and bathrooms have small balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows with street views. The receptionist is very helpful and attentive in explaining the breakfast and relaxation areas. There's a large multi-area balcony on the 4th floor, and the vegetarian restaurants near the hotel serve excellent food!

So, so satisfied! Definitely book a city view room; the view alone is worth the price. I initially booked a larger, newly renovated room, but when I got in, it faced the street, and the bathtub was visible to passersby. I negotiated a change to a smaller room with an older bathroom, but the city view was amazing, and it even had a small balcony where you could stand outside and look around. It was a little scary, but so good, and the night view was beautiful too. I didn't book breakfast because I was worried I wouldn't wake up in time. But the restaurant was so gorgeous that I just ordered lunch there. The foie gras burger was surprisingly amazing, and both burgers I ordered were delicious. One came with sweet potato fries, and the other with regular potato fries – both were great. It's rare for a hotel to have such good food in its restaurant, and the view is totally worth it. Completely satisfied, completely recommend!

According to the introduction, this is a very historic hotel. When you walk into the building, you can really feel the timeless atmosphere. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke very good English which was a big plus. We booked a double room with Alhambra view. The room was very small and crowded, but it was worth it to be able to see the Alhambra directly through the window! Although the hotel is old, the facilities are OK, the bed is very comfortable, the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom are also great, the only drawback is that the hotel breakfast is not very delicious and there are not many items

The room was probably shared by about 10 women, but I was grateful that they had neatly prepared individual curtains for each bed. The shower and toilet were also clean, making for a great stay!

The hotel is perfectly situated right next door to Granada bus station and my room had a great view of the Sierra Nevada mountains. I’ve interacted with staff there a few times now and they have always been very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again. It’s a great price and room has a large bed, with fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and some free crisps, chocolates and water. The shower is really lovely too. In all, a very convenient hotel for me and great value for money.

The hotel has a decent location and is generally clean, even though there are ongoing renovations at the moment. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t offer basic amenities like an iron for guests to borrow, which is standard in most other hotels at this level. Instead, they push guests to use their overpriced laundry service — ironing a simple polo shirt costs more than the shirt itself. I suggested they invest in just 2–3 irons for guests to borrow, and honestly, I’m willing to donate two myself if that’s what it takes. The parking is also far too expensive — €21 per day, which is excessive compared to other options in the city. My recommendation: choose another hotel until Hotel Saray improves its service and reconsiders its parking rates.

My experience at El Olivo was wonderful. The owners, Diego and Facundo, were both extremely nice and helpful, and provided me with all the information I needed and more. The room was sparkling clean and well-equipped, and the location could not have been better for me. Sadly, I did not get to eat at their Argentinian restaurant, but the smell was amazing - I definitely have something to look forward to in my next visit.
