  • prioritise well-rated hotels that offer good value for money rather than simply the lowest price
  • check options such as free cancellation or breakfast included to avoid extra costs

The hotel is brand new, and the room is incredibly spacious with no unpleasant odors. The smart climate control kept the temperature very comfortable. The bed was soft and the window was large, which really helped me shake off the fatigue from staying in some super old hotels in France. I definitely want to come back again! This was the best value-for-money accommodation during my 20-day in-depth tour of the UK. The location is practically central, just a few hundred meters from the train station. There's public parking next to the hotel, though it's a bit pricey at £37 for one night. Right next to the hotel is a shopping mall with everything you could need, including lots of great food. There's a Thai restaurant there that's particularly excellent. If I ever come back, this will definitely be my go-to hotel again 🏨

Lovely overnight stay at Queens for a concert in the city. Location is ideal (attached to the train station). Excellent, friendly staff. Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again.

If you're traveling by train, this hotel is relatively close, about a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center, both easily accessible. The hotel breakfast is good, offering a basic English breakfast, though the coffee isn't great. The rooms are a bit larger compared to other English hotels. During my stay this time, the bathtub drain was blocked, but the staff went out of their way to help me resolve the issue, and they succeeded. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a sauna, but children are not allowed in the sauna. If children want to use the pool, they must go before 6 PM. This is a good hotel, and I would visit again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights for valentines. We very much enjoyed our stay overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed. When leaving we were able to leave our luggage for just £1 a suitcase which was very convenient. For the price I thought the food was good quality, however if you are looking for more of a cooked breakfast this isn’t the place. The location was very accessible and we were able to walk to everywhere easily. However it did get very noisy from about 5 in the morning.

One drawback of this hotel is that there is no free Wi-Fi. However, the room is a good size and very clean. There was no hairdryer provided, but overall, the room was comfortable and well maintained.

Great location, super central, within 10 min walk of everywhere I needed to go. It was my first time in an Easy Hotel and was pleasantly surprised. No frills, but it was clean and the beds were very comfy. Although no tea or coffe facilities in the room, there was a 24 hr machine in the lobby which made up for it.

The front desk staff, a Pakistani guy, was really friendly. When he found out I was Chinese, he said China and Pakistan are good friends and then gave me a great room with a view of Leeds Cathedral. For an Ibis Budget triple room, this price is an absolute steal, especially for a family of three!
