Take the train from Airport and arrive at Warszawa Śródmieście railway station, walk up the stairs and you see Polonia Palace hotel! We are so happy and in luck! We arrived at 9 am and the room is ready for us! This is record breaking check in time! Room is perfect with a window view of Palace of culture and Science. Room is clean and very spacious! This hotel is super centrally located in Warsaw's Old Town. Thanks to its own parking, finding a spot for your car is no problem either. The rooms and the hotel itself are modern and tastefully decorated, truly a tip with excellent value for money. Unfortunately, I arrived quite late and there was no way to get a proper meal. But on the upside, the breakfast I booked was even better and left nothing to be desired. A clear recommendation for this place!

The hotel is nicely renovated on the inside, the room has it’s unique style too. If you are looking for an accomodation close to the old town, it is the right place to book. Only 2 negatives I can mention: - The breakfast room can be crowded, because it is not that big - The hotel entrance is not barrier free, you need to take 5-6 stairs to enter the lobby, and that is not convenient especially if you carry heavy luggage, travel with a babycar or wheelchair :(

I booked the hotel, cause I had previously stayed in it overnight to go to the airport. Was given two single beds and fell off one whilst sleeping. So i specifically booked for a king size bed on this trip, only to arrive and be told they had single beds made into a double bed. I ended up settling for the room that smelt better and bed seemed more sturdy, Intial floor I was on smelled like sewage, same with the room. Previously stayed in the other golden tulip, so I kept comparing experiences. Breakfast was just there, hot meals options were limited in some days and others you had to order off a small list of options. Because of language barrier, I engaged mostly on need led basis, but still all the times I walked passed the reception I Just kept getting akwards stares from the receptionist, no hello, just long awkward stares, I get that from random people on the street, but I didn’t expect that in a place where I am paying to stay. The only good encounters were from the housekeepers.

I had a great stay at Airport Hotel Okęcie. The location is absolutely perfect—very close to the airport, which made everything extremely convenient, especially with an early flight the next morning. The hotel is just about 1 km from Warsaw Chopin Airport, so it’s an ideal choice for travellers. Everything was very smooth and well-organised. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport, and my transfer at 8 AM was perfectly on time and stress-free. In order to catch up with the Jennifer Lopez concert the next day, I specially chose the evening flight to Warsaw, and also booked the pick-up service in advance of Trip.com , hoping to rest at the hostel early. As a result, it was already 11 o'clock in the evening, the doorway was dimly lit, and the password lock could not be seen. The hostel was slow to respond, and I finally entered the building, but because I couldn't use the old-fashioned elevator, I could take the stairs, or the kind of slow-walking automatic lights off... I was really scared in the dark. I retreated outside and continued to contact customer service. When the hostel staff appeared, I didn't expect to come up and yell at me, even pointing at my nose to shut me up. I blocked his finger and told him that I wanted to rest early and didn't want to say more. It was almost 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. . I was looking forward to this trip, but I encountered this scene in Warsaw late at night. 🥲 In addition to the bad service attitude of the big man on the night shift on July 24, the other 2 employees are good, the room hygiene is OK, I will not give the hostel malicious bad reviews because of this bad big man, but I hope that the friends who stay at night are still good for lightning protection. The building is really scary at night, there are photos to check.

I stayed in a twin room with a private toilet and bathroom. The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the main street with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious. However, the bedsheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases all had stains, and there were many small flying insects in the room, hopping around on the bed, which made me concerned about the room's hygiene. The toilet always had a bad smell, possibly due to a poor ventilation system. The shower pressure was very weak, and the fan was also very weak – not strong enough to dry my hair at all. The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Luggage storage after check-out costs 10 PLN.
