Fantastic experience! The private bathroom has its own keypad lock for access, the room is clean and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The kitchen downstairs is fully equipped for cooking, which was wonderful. It felt safe and relaxing. The surrounding area is quiet, and the location is excellent. It's just a five-minute walk to the supermarket! The host and their family are warm, friendly, and communicative, responding quickly and thoughtfully. Highly recommended!

After landing in Vancouver, it was already around 10 PM when I got my luggage. I had booked this hotel, and it was just a few minutes' walk from the airport, so checking in was smooth. The next day, it was also very convenient to take the SkyTrain into downtown Vancouver. My only concern is that a 100 CAD deposit was deducted from my credit card upon check-in, and it still hasn't been refunded, even though it's been a week since I checked out.

Stayed at the former Trump Tower in Vancouver. The location is super convenient for getting around, very close to downtown, and not a far walk to Stanley Park either! During my stay, the breakfast area was under renovation, so all meals were delivered via room service. The fully automated facilities in the room were fantastic. Overall, a really great experience!

Although it's a bit far from the city center, there was a bus stop right in front of the accommodation with buses heading downtown, so getting around was absolutely no problem. In fact, I preferred it, as it was a quiet residential area and I got to stay in a spacious house! Having a private room meant I could move around freely without feeling self-conscious. While the bathroom and shower were shared, the bathroom was right outside my door, so it felt almost private. I also never had to wait for the shower, which was great! The kind host always responded quickly to messages! It was such a wonderful place that I'd love to stay there again if I ever visit Vancouver. Thanks to them, I had a very happy stay. Thank you! 🥰

Facilities: Excellent. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Great atmosphere. The only minor issue was the presence of some homeless and mentally unwell individuals nearby, but they didn't bother me or attack anyone, so it didn't impact my stay. Service: The service was fantastic, and I have to mention it. My English isn't great, and sometimes I needed a translator, but the front desk staff were incredibly patient and communicated with me with constant smiles. This made me feel at ease and not embarrassed. If I ever go to Vancouver again, I'd definitely choose this hotel. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards and keep improving!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Willo (which was renamed from YWCA Hotel after we booked). Nice they offered free coffee and tea in the morning. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggage in the storage room, before we went discovering the city. It seems like they have just renovated and also exchanged the bath amenities to new ones while we were there. We booked the room with the shared bathroom, which also connects to another room. You can lock the bathroom from both sides, so this worked well for us. We were looking for the best price-quality ratio of a hotel that is centrally located and it really is. We arrived using the airport train and walked to the hotel. The Vancouver Stadium is just across the street so very convenient for the people looking for accommodation for the World Cup. In fact we could also see the stadium from our hotel room. Highly recommend this place!

Stayes for 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay in this hotel which is super convenient. The train station just right beside the hotel. The hotel located 4 stops from the airport and the sky train takes you to Water front station in less than 30 minutes. This hotel has ****** and plenty of restaurants for you to choose your favourite food. The room is spacious and comfortable. It is quite clean as well although not a new hotel.

This was a good property for the price. It had obviously been refitted recently as all the cupboards were brand new. The host was lovely and after double booking us initially, they found us a lovely place to spend a night at within 2 hours of booking. Also there were coffee pods, honey and bodywash/shampoo and conditioner provided which were a nice touch. However, being the basement floor meant that the room go incredibly hot at night, we managed to find a little water fan to try and mitigate the heat. There isn't any mosquito blockers on the windows so you have to live with them or yhe heat. Ergonomically the wardrobe doors didn't fully open on the left hand side as its quite a small space and the endtable blocked the opening. The kitchen was also newly fitted but was missing some key components for anything more than a night (not washing up sponges or liquid ect.) Overall I would say the place is a 4/5 in winter but a 3/5 in summer.

The hotel's exterior looks a bit old, but the rooms are newly renovated, making them quite modern by international standards. The bedroom is spacious, and the bathroom is clean. Our room was located above the lobby, offering great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows with no noise issues. The free airport shuttle bus was punctual, and the driver kindly helped us with our luggage. The shuttle departs from the hotel entrance every half hour on the dot and takes 10 minutes to reach the airport. This makes it easy to estimate the shuttle times for the return trip from the airport. There aren't many dining options in the immediate vicinity, so we ate at the airport.

The location was fantastic! It was super easy to get to the city center, so we had no trouble finding places to sightsee or eat. There were tons of restaurants and shops nearby, which made getting around during our stay incredibly convenient. On the other hand, there was a gap under our room door, and we could hear some noise from the hallway and the bathroom area. This was especially noticeable at night, so if you're looking for a really quiet stay, you might want to keep that in mind. Overall, the excellent location was a major plus, and I felt it offered decent value for money.
