Prices can vary during peak periods such as football matches, major concerts or events, so planning ahead can help secure better deals.

  • book in advance for popular periods, or check last-minute deals for more flexible trips
  • use filters to set a maximum price per night and quickly identify the best options
  • prioritise well-rated hotels that offer good value for money rather than simply the lowest price
  • check options such as free cancellation or breakfast included to avoid extra costs

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

It's in a great location and the hotel was perfectly clean and the communal areas were grand and breakfast was great. However, we paid a bit more for a room with a good view but there was no mini fridge in the room, nowhere to hang towels, the room itself was incredibly basic for the price. The spa was not kept particularly clean, I didn't see anybody around doing anything in the spa itself and it was very busy due to half-term. It ticks all the boxes just fine, but for the money we did expect more.

Really nice hotel, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a twin cabin room (no others available)basic but comfortable and very clean, warm, TV, complimentary tea and coffee. A phone for room service if required. The breakfast was a buffet with everything you could possibly want to start you off for the day. We had a meal in the restaurant Friday evening which was really lovely with again great staff. Hotel is close to Liverpool lime street train station. Though it didn't upset our stay there was a party Friday and Saturday night that was very loud and went on till 1am It would have been nice to have been given this information.

A Memorable Birthday Celebration Rating: ★★★★★★★★★★ I celebrated my birthday at the Titanic Hotel , and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The outstanding service, coupled with thoughtful touches like a birthday card and complimentary chocolates, made my day truly special. The luxurious room provided a comfortable and elegant space to relax and enjoy my stay. What's more, the hotel's spa is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever visited. The attention to detail and quality of treatments were second to none. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the water and offering a glimpse of the hotel's beautiful luxury apartments. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel for any occasion, as it offers an unparalleled experience that goes above and beyond expectations.

Location is great. It’s across the road from the Albert docks. 1 minute’s walk. 🚶 Breakfast is great. Staff are efficient and helpful and check in was rapid. We had a great time. The rooms are clean but grotty, they feel like too many stag or hen dos have been through the hotel. This is not the staffs fault, the shared space is lovely and has a good vibe. The rooms do have a working tv and great internet but are below standard to what I had expected of Ibis. 🛜

Excellent location for Paul Weller concert at the Pier Head. Friendly staff, easy check in and departure. Small room but perfectly adequate with good shower and comfortable bed. Flickering light over the beds was the only problem.

Stayed one night with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel is very central and the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was large and modern, but extremely dark, if you plan on doing makeup, it might be worth bringing a lighted mirror. I had requested a quiet room and was placed at the back, but unfortunately there was a constant noise that sounded like a generator, as well as the sound of glass bottles being emptied somewhere. Some guests also returned around 4 a.m., so I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep. That said, I would still stay again.

The hotel was really lovely. Most of the time we were greeted with friendliness. It was very clean and tidy. We changed our room from a twin to a double and there were no issues with that. I was disappointed that the spa leisure facilities were closed as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Some of the decor is a bit dated but there are some lovely period features that enhance the hotels ambiance. A very good location for anyone arriving into Liverpool Lime Street.
