5/5 for everything. Fantastic stay at Quest North Sydney over 8 nights. From moment I checked in, the service is excellent by the very helpful and friendly desk check in. My executive suite was perfect in terms of cleanliness, King size bed, Full kitchen facilities and tv/couch set up. Location could not be better if you wish to just be on lower north shore side as can get everything you need around North Sydney, McMahons Point and upwards. The new Metro station is next to the hotel to travel anywhere to central City Centre, the airport or northern west Sydney. Highly recommend staying here and will do so again on next visit to Sydney.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the pier, tram, and subway, about a 7-8 minute walk, which also helps avoid noisy environments. The service staff are quite good, and you can get drinking water yourself in the hotel lobby. However, the bathroom sink is a disaster; when you wash your hands or face, water instantly splashes all over the counter. The shower drain is extremely slow; halfway through washing your hair, your feet are already submerged. You have to ask for toothbrushes; they're not provided automatically. Furthermore, the quality of the shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste is very poor, leaving hair dry and brittle after washing. This aspect is incomparable to the amenities provided in domestic 5-star hotels. I recommend bringing your own or buying better products.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are quite spacious, and come with a fridge, kitchen, and stove, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is super conveniently located; just a few minutes' walk to the right is the train station, bus station, a large supermarket, and various restaurants. It's easy to get anywhere from here. It's also very close to the airport, accessible by taxi or train. The cheapest option is the bus, which also goes there. It's incredibly convenient!

The room was tiny and had no windows. What's worse, the window shown in the WeChat ad was clearly photoshopped! Each room has a skylight, similar to those found in an aviary, and it can't be closed. So, when the sun comes up, the room gets incredibly bright. However, the room itself was quite tastefully decorated, and the location is great. There's a fantastic and affordable Chinese restaurant called Jinji right across the street, and it's only a 3-minute walk to the subway. The key highlight for me, as someone who drives, is the free parking. There's a bar downstairs and guest rooms on the second floor.

1. The location is decent. It's a quiet area, but the amenities are just okay. For food, there's only McDonald's and KFC across the street. The nearest mall is about a 20-minute walk and has plenty of Chinese restaurants inside. 2. The hotel service and facilities are excellent. 3. The breakfast spread is very rich, including congee, which is great for those with a Chinese palate. 4. There's a wild turkey in the hotel's parking lot, which was quite amusing!

The fireworks at Darling Harbour were absolutely stunning, and our room faced Darling Harbour directly. The kids basically lived on the balcony, doing homework, watching fireworks, and eating – they called it the best hotel of the trip. Personally, I found the room a bit small; once we opened our two 28-inch suitcases, there was no space left. Also, the lighting was a bit dim and lacked brightness. Breakfast was quite Western-style, good quality but with limited variety. The kids were quite sad when they realized there was no ice cream, no chocolate fountain, no dessert bar, and no self-service juice (compared to the Crown in Melbourne and Langham where we stayed). But as parents, we were thrilled! Less sugar intake, and the fruits and yogurt were excellent quality. The eggs used for omelets and Eggs Benedict were organic. The downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station, and the walk back to the hotel area at night felt a little dark. My biggest complaint is that in the morning, the kids left a cup on the breakfast table, and when we checked out, they wouldn't even look for it, claiming the breakfast bar staff had gone off duty. My daughter was very upset about her Tiger thermos and even cried.

Cleanliness of the room was great. Staff were very friendly and the location of the premises to where we were going for a wedding was good. Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing renovations at present and the walk from the hotel parking to the reception was not the best but I'm sure once these renovations are complete, the access door will be re-opened. Overall, I enjoyed our overnight atayhere.
