Great large room Directly opposite the Maastricht station and bus station Walking distance to spa grocery store and 15mins walk to city centre Stairs to reception, no lift to reception - not good for disabled people - apparently the other entrance was locked but it has a platform for wheelchair accessibility to the reception/dining room and the lift to other levels. That would have been helpful instead of dragging my suitcase and backpack up about 10 steps to reception. Not good for disabled people with heart condition and brain injury and balance issues. There was no buzzer to call for assistance and couldn't leave suitcase on the street. They need to provide instructions to guests with disabilities to proceed to the other locked door and have a buzzer on that door. Other than that everything was great

The hotel is in a great location. Service was by nice friendly staff. Bath + sink in the room is very weird and shouldn't be. Later I saw you can choose separate bathroom room. For 1 night it was ok. Breakfast was very minimal.

I booked a room with two double beds, one on top and one on the bottom, and the space was very clean and comfortable. Pros: 1. Free hot water and tea bags provided. 2. Breakfast options seemed limited, but it was tastier and cleaner than convenience store food. 3. Most areas were very clean, with no strange odors. 4. The location was very convenient. Cons: 1. The duvet and pillow had a slight smell and yellow stains. Luckily, clean duvet covers and pillowcases were provided, but the downside was having to put them on myself. After putting them on, the smell was much better. 2. The faucets in the shared bathroom were hard to turn, and there weren't many shelves, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it was a wet/dry separation bathroom, so showering was a little challenging but acceptable. 3. The shared kitchen and refrigerator were incredibly smelly; I would absolutely not use them. 4. Soundproofing was poor. 5. No elevator. More suitable for short stays of up to 3 days.

We booked the Plain 1992 Selected King Room. We originally wanted a bigger room, but this room didn't have air conditioning or heating. We coordinated with the front desk and changed to a room with heating, but the area was much smaller. Since we were only staying for one night, we didn't care. There was a Chinese-speaking boy at the front desk who helped us coordinate very well. The hotel is a bit old, not all rooms have been newly renovated, and the 1992 King Room is seriously suspected to be an old room. The location is good, within walking distance to the old town and major attractions, rich breakfast, and parking space. The parking space is actually a space reserved for the hotel from a large parking lot. You can also go to the large parking lot by yourself to save a few euros.

The hotel staffs are super sweet and helpful. We‘d booked the family room and turned out very nice with the sleeping arrangements but the shower was a bit strange that as it as very open means no door ans it’s not really suitable for family thou. And the room sound proof is very bad we can hear everything too. location is great and if you don’t mind the noise it’s definitely a good choice.
