The front desk service was very warm and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was really spacious, probably one of the largest I've stayed in across Europe. It's about an 18-minute walk to the main train station, and the nearest metro/bus stop is just a 4-minute walk away. Compared to prices in the city center, this hotel offers excellent value for money. (The photos are irrelevant, just here for points.)

When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was a towel with hair on it, which immediately set a poor impression of cleanliness. The dust filter in the toilet room was also completely matted with dust to the point that it was not functional. On top of that, the air conditioning situation was very frustrating. On warmer days, I would wake up drenched in sweat, only to be told by reception that the AC only operates when the outside temperature falls above 23 degrees; a very odd and impractical system for guests’ comfort. Highly misleading as well for what the hotel advertises. While I will say the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed clarification, these issues significantly spoiled the overall experience. For the price and expectations, I felt let down and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Stayed for three nights, and it was super convenient to get around. Right across the street is a transport hub, making it easy to get to the airport. There's also a big shopping mall with a bubble tea shop that my kids loved. We could walk to all the main attractions, and there's a park right next door. Plus, the breakfast spread was really diverse.

The hotel is in a really good area regarding transport, bus stop outside which takes 10-15 minutes into Vienna city centre, breakfast you have a decent variety and a good selection of drinks. On to the room, could be better, decor is run down and looks very tired, thankfully it’s just a place to sleep, saying that the bed is rock hard and quite uncomfortable. Mattress is very thin and when asked for another duvet it never arrived. The bed we did have creeked every time we moved so I’ll advise to lay very still. Shower pressure was very up and down, so was the temperature. Price for the hotel and breakfast overall was good but would definitely stay elsewhere when next in Vienna just for a better nights sleep.

I really enjoyed my 3 nights stay, modern, quiet, and great location for easy subway trains or tram into the city centre - or even a 10 minute walk away to the station.I thought it might be a long way out but actually worked really well. Only 10 minute walk to the Prater amusement park, great at night! The city panorama room had a good view of the city in the distance on 7th floor. The room was large, really comfortable and very quiet. Cleamed every day with fresh towels. Take a kettle and supplies as the room doesn’t have those. The restaurant is also very nice on site, I had dinner and the food was great and the surroundings very relaxed. I will stay here again!

I was traveling alone. If you are planning to travel in the future, if you are going with a group of people, and if you are not used to traveling abroad or it is your first time, I recommend staying at a higher grade hotel. First of all, when I checked in on the first day of my trip, the female staff member at the front desk (Indian/Middle Eastern) was too cool and almost unfriendly. I was very intimidated here, and in my own country, I would have been given a 1-star level of unfriendliness. Next, when I entered the room, I found what looked like bloodstains on the pillowcase. I tried to find an extension to contact the front desk, but there was nothing. The front desk number was written on the paper attached to the card key, so I tried calling, but I couldn't get through at all. I had no choice but to go to the front desk with a big pillow under my arm, while being looked at by everyone around me, and another male staff member (a tall Harry Sugiyama lookalike) was very friendly and polite. The issue of the internal phone not working was not resolved until the end. (They explained that there might be a problem with the phone line here.) I stayed with breakfast included, but the breakfast was quite ordinary and the staff here were friendly and very good. The only amenities provided were the provided body soap and a hair dryer that blew a strong breeze. Towels were provided. The other man who helped me when I checked out was also friendly. This is a very personal opinion, but it's better to discuss various things with a male staff member. They obviously resolve issues quicker. Overall, this is a reasonable and sufficient hotel for those who are used to traveling. Those who are not used to traveling may have some regrets.

The location was close to bahnhof meidling but far from the center. The staff were friendly, the cleaning staff greeted me sometimes, which felt nice. The room was clean but the temperature inside was 23 degrees celsius which seemed a bit much but there was (noisy) airconditioning to bring it down. The room was pretty basic they did offer loads of soap but no desk, no kettle or coffee/tea maker and the price for breakfast seemed a little steep but the total price was pretty good regardless and you could go sit on the 3rd floor if you needed to work or chill out, the room is just to sleep in really, you cant do much more.

The location was decent, and the app made it convenient to complete the online check-in in advance. The hallway had a noticeable smell, but the room itself was clean, so that was good. I was also happy that the hotel had a laundry facility. Breakfast was okay, but the variety wasn’t very wide, and the dining area felt rather small. Unfortunately, there was a large student group during my stay, so I couldn’t enjoy a quiet breakfast. I was even subjected to a discriminatory remark, which made the experience quite unpleasant. I hope the hotel will consider separating group guests from individual travelers, or assigning different breakfast times to avoid situations like this.

First time living in a space capsule. There is adequate space inside and is generally clean. However, the power is inconsistent and the light often flickers inside the capsule. Also can get quite noisy if the capsule above/below you is occupied, there is practically no sound insulation. The location of the hostel is okay, as it is a 10-minute walk from Prater station.

First off, the hotel is a 25-30 minute walk from the city center. While there are public transport options nearby, we preferred to explore the city on foot. We were very pleased with the breakfast; there was a great variety of choices. Unfortunately, the rooms don't have air conditioning, but they do have fans. Since we stayed in May, we didn't have any issues with the heat, but I imagine a fan might not be enough in July or August. I was also happy with the overall cleanliness of the hotel, and we didn't encounter any problems. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.
