This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with the shuttle bus taking about 15 minutes to get there. The front desk staff spoke the best English I've encountered at any hotel, and there were even staff members who spoke Chinese, all very professional. The room was incredibly spacious and grand, just like what you'd find in a hotel in China. From the hotel, you can see the sea right next to the airport. You can walk to the outlet mall, it's not far, and there's a lovely seaside promenade next to the outlets. I'd highly recommend it for those catching an early flight or who have just arrived at Osaka Airport and need to refresh. There's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, which is very handy.

I had a very satisfying stay this time. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional, making check-in quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The soundproofing was also excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good. The overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, making me feel right at home. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to friends and family.

I used to stay at the Stargate or Odyssey, but this time I found a good deal at the Washington Hotel and booked it. Actually, several hotels, including the OMO next door, are all about the same distance from Rinku Town Station and the outlet mall. I stayed here for both my arrival and departure, and the airport shuttle service (pickup and drop-off) was very convenient. The room was small but manageable. It offers great value for money.

Pros: 1. The pajamas have a cute runway-pattern design. 2. The lobby is quite beautiful. 3. Close to both the airport and the train station. 4. Each floor has a microwave, ice machine, and water purifier (you need to bring your own kettle from the room to fill it). 5. There's a Lawson convenience store on the second floor of the hotel. Cons: 1. Regarding the free shuttle bus: It only goes from the hotel to the airport, there's no service from the airport to the hotel (I've stayed at the Washington Hotel next door before, and they offer free shuttle service both ways). OMO's shuttle bus requires scanning a QR code on a brochure at the hotel front desk to make a reservation, and the process also involves email confirmation, which is quite complicated. In contrast, the Washington Hotel only requires operating on a tablet in the lobby. However, for both hotels, there's a possibility that your desired time slot might already be fully booked. 2. Regarding toiletries: This is the first time I've encountered a hotel in Japan that doesn't provide small packages of makeup remover, facial cleanser, and skincare products. They only offer toothbrushes, green tea bags, razors, and bath towels. I can't understand how it was rated five stars. The front desk replied that if you need makeup remover and skincare products, you have to use them at the large public bath on the 3rd floor (which is not a hot spring). However, not all guests want to go to the public bath to shower, and guests on their period cannot go either. Moreover, the hairdryer area in the large public bath on the 3rd floor only has 6 mirrors + hairdryers and only 2 stools. Everyone else has to stand. This is quite inconsiderate for a hotel with nearly 20 floors and dozens of rooms per floor. 3. Regarding the water temperature in the room's bathroom: The water from the sink faucet easily becomes super hot. Even if the handle is adjusted all the way to the right (the cold water zone), the super hot situation doesn't change. After multiple experiments, I found that the faucet's water temperature is affected by using the shower head in the bathtub or flushing the toilet. For example: if the faucet is running and someone flushes the toilet, the water becomes super hot; or if someone is using the shower head in the bathtub, the water also becomes super hot. 4. Regarding noise in the room: Both the refrigerator and air conditioner generate noise. If you don't use the refrigerator, you can turn it off. However, even when the air conditioner is set to the lowest fan speed, there's still significant noise. The video shows it being filmed at the bedside with the lowest fan speed setting. Even with earplugs, the noise is still clearly audible, making it unsuitable for light sleepers who are sensitive to sound. Neutral points: 1. The mattress is quite soft, suitable for those who prefer a soft bed. 2. The room has 4 hangers (2 with clips), while the Washington Hotel has 9 hangers.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location right inside the airport terminal. If you have an early flight the next morning, staying here is incredibly convenient. You don't have to worry about traffic or time, and you can get a little extra sleep. However, my overall experience was that the value for money wasn't great. The price of over 300 a night felt a bit high compared to the actual stay. The hotel was also a bit hard to find. I initially followed Google Maps, and the navigation showed a long detour. I ended up having to check Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) for directions to find the correct route. I'd recommend first-time visitors do some research beforehand. The room was larger than I expected, and all the necessary facilities were provided. There was even a small lockable cabinet next to the bed for valuables like phones, wallets, and passports. For larger luggage, the front desk offers a locked luggage storage area, with each item individually secured, so security is quite good. The staff were also very friendly and enthusiastic when communicating, patiently helping with any issues. That said, as soon as I entered the room, there was a strong, somewhat artificial scent, like the air fresheners often used in public restrooms or malls in China, or a heavy incense smell. I personally didn't like it, and after a while, it became a bit uncomfortable. Also, the duvet on the bed was quite thin, so if you tend to get cold easily, it might not be comfortable enough. Overall, the main value of this hotel is its convenience for catching early flights. If you're just staying to catch a plane the next morning, I'd still recommend it. But for a regular leisure trip, I think the value for money for over 300 a night is just average, and the overall experience was fairly unremarkable.

The tallest building in Rinku Town, you can spot it right away... We stayed here for a night before heading back to Shanghai, making it convenient for shopping at the outlets and getting to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants, drugstores, a large supermarket, and convenience stores nearby, which is really handy. The room is on a very high floor, so you can hear the wind, which was a bit unsettling at first but I got used to it. The room is spacious, but the carpet is a bit old and looks dirty. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good.

This is a little hidden gem in Osaka. Easy to manage to/from Kansai Airport. 5 minutes easy walk straight from JR Station without traffic, and the station is a small station without complicated platforms and hundreds trains passing by like Osaka. Aeon shopping mall is 10-15 minutes away with restaurants, food court, ***** and grocery stores, and they offer tax-free service. I stayed for 3 nights, and I was told one cleaning will be offered, however, I received no cleaning service for the entire stay which made me uncomfortable to live with trash for 3 nights. Fresh towels were provided hanging outside the room door. Window wasn't clean from the outside, and I thought it was foggy day when I woke up from the first night.

Decent location, 10 minute walk from station Clean well cared for and good size rooms. Basic but good amenities. Microwave in foyer, fridge in room. No parking, had trouble finding coin parking that waa close, the 711 next door has parking but crazy expensive. Was noisy. I could hear the person above me stomping their feet and the chinese family talking loudly through the walls. Loud conversations in the hallway was also really loud from my room. Finally self check in opens at 3pm. Nice and simple check in and out a code / qr code. But note there are no staff prior to 3pm. So leaving your bags are at your own risk.

I chose this hotel for an overnight layover at Kansai Airport. The main advantage is its convenient location near the airport; it's about a 30-minute commute by foot and train to KIX. There's a shopping mall, supermarket, and Don Quijote nearby. I stayed in a twin room, and while it was small, it had everything you'd need, including a private bathroom. The downsides are that the soundproofing isn't great as it's street-facing, and while shampoo and body wash are provided, there's no conditioner.
