This hotel is UNBEATABLE!! Promise it's the best hotel you can find in Cairo (or even som oother cities in Egypt) at this price and location. Everything was perfect!! The room is clean and super spacious. I happened to stay in both room types and find myself liking the toilet in the smaller room better but the bigger room is HUGE, both equally pretty, so you can decide based on your preference. Service was super super super on-point like we felt so welcomed and they even went extra to help us with some minor inconvenience that we faced (which were not because of them btw). Overall I would highly recommend. *** Idk why but the Google map pinpoint of hotel location was wrong for the last few days we were in Egypt so you might wanna double check/just type in the full address and not the hotel name :(

The room facilities were excellent, very new and exceptionally clean. The entire hotel staff had an amazing service attitude! I felt like a VIP guest! They were incredibly responsive and accommodating! Truly wonderful! The location is great, right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel staff are all very professional and provide excellent service, especially Mr. Mohamed Marzok, who is particularly professional, kind, and provides thoughtful service! I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Cairo!

Hotel located on the 8th floor. Great location - Extremely close to Koshary Place Abu Tarek and to Talaat Harb area! Egyptian Museum right across the road! Roomy cosy. But slight water leak in the bathroom noted. Otherwise, we had no troubles at all.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Cairo train station, which was perfect for me as I arrived by train from Alexandria. Because of its convenient location, many Chinese guests stay here, and I even met some fellow Chinese travelers during breakfast, including a kind owner from Zhejiang! Lubna at the front desk has excellent English and was incredibly helpful! She provided a lot of assistance, printed documents for me for free, and offered travel guidance. The hotel has been recently renovated, is very clean, and tastefully decorated! The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate for just me. The room rate was very affordable, and breakfast was included! The elevator is a bit old and small, and it doesn't stop on the same floor as the room, so you have to walk half a flight of stairs after getting out. However, there's always someone to help you with your luggage if you offer a small tip.

I had a very satisfying stay during my trip to Cairo. The hotel's central location made it convenient to get to major attractions, and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was similar to the pictures, kept clean, and the bed was comfortable. I particularly liked the newly serviced elevators, which felt safe and convenient. The staff were always friendly and quick to assist with anything I needed. The air conditioning worked well, and there was no issue with hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast was also delicious, and overall, it's a hotel with high value for money. I would love to stay here again if I come back to Cairo.

Good place, very central, the staff can handle communicating in English. Minor greevences: The hotel is on the fifth floor but there's a lift/elevator. The bed was quite a bit too soft but guess that's an individual thing... The wifi had a tendency to 'die' on you so that you had to disable and re-enable it again. I asked for some bottled water when I arrived and was handed two bottles of tapwater poored into reused bottles... All-in-all I would definately stay there again, I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony attached to the room.

The rooms are clean, they cleaned them every day, the service was excellent, they helped with any questions, the windows from the room looked out onto the wall, so it was impossible to use the window, the views from the restaurant and from the pool to the pyramids are superb, the staff in the restaurant is excellent, but it is very dirty, the chairs are dirty, it was unpleasant to sit on, the prices are high. The breakfasts were terrible, there was almost no choice. I highly recommend the nearby cafe Beans & Brew, it is close, cheap and tasty, there is also a large good supermarket on the way

The absolutely spectacular view of the pyramids from the rooftop was the highlight. The air conditioning worked great, allowing us to fully relax and get a good rest. All the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. There were also shops nearby selling snacks and drinks, and the people working there were all very friendly as well. This was a stark contrast to the hotels in Luxor; they really ought to take a page out of this hotel's book!

The front desk staff's English was excellent, allowing for fluent communication. They were also very enthusiastic about helping me exchange Egyptian pounds and recommended local specialty restaurants. When they found out I hadn't bought a SIM card, they even looked up a SIM card seller on Google Maps for me.
