Excellent accommodation, wonderful staff, and a great welcome from the hotel manager, Mr. Mohammed. The furnishings are clean, and the hotel facilities are fantastic. There's a large, clean pool. It's also close to cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend choosing this hotel. It's extremely clean and offers excellent value.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The hotel is in a great location close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The entrance is elegant and gives a very good first impression. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was modern with plenty of hot water. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, and the soundproofing made the room quiet despite being in the city center. I also appreciated the complimentary tea, kettle, and bottled water provided in the room. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh food every morning, and the sauna was a great place to relax after a busy day. The hotel also helped arrange airport transportation, which made my trip much easier. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo.

The location is at city center nearby to Egyptian Museum. Plenty of amenities within 10 minutes walk. The famed Koshary Abu Tarek is within 6 minutes walk. The rooms are well maintained. There is a staff at the reception 24/7. Guests of all ages and nationalities can be accomodated. Suggestion for improvement: 1. The towels to be issued upon check-in and not upon request. 2. The lift need to be upgraded as I was ever caught inside when there is a power trip. And often the lift did not operate because the lift door was not closed properly. Understand that the lift is not manage by your hostel. Please request for it from the building owner as it is not acceptable. 3. Consider centralized air condition system. Anyone can turn off the air conditioner affecting others.

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. It's clean, spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a tea/coffee set, hairdryer, iron, washing machine with detergent, and air conditioning. The bedding is fresh and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. In the evenings, you can relax on the terrace. Our flight was late, so we left our luggage at reception; they have a designated area for this. The hotel's location is excellent – Tahrir Square, the museum, currency exchange, shops, and restaurants are all within easy reach. The noise that everyone talks about in Cairo definitely wasn't an issue here. One evening, we got takeout from a restaurant and sat on the terrace; it was very quiet. I'm so grateful for the previous reviews because this hotel is truly fantastic, especially for such a reasonable price.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Cairo train station, which was perfect for me as I arrived by train from Alexandria. Because of its convenient location, many Chinese guests stay here, and I even met some fellow Chinese travelers during breakfast, including a kind owner from Zhejiang! Lubna at the front desk has excellent English and was incredibly helpful! She provided a lot of assistance, printed documents for me for free, and offered travel guidance. The hotel has been recently renovated, is very clean, and tastefully decorated! The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate for just me. The room rate was very affordable, and breakfast was included! The elevator is a bit old and small, and it doesn't stop on the same floor as the room, so you have to walk half a flight of stairs after getting out. However, there's always someone to help you with your luggage if you offer a small tip.

The staff was really friendly and the overall internal condition was good. However, as I was in front of a big road, the noise was loud and I was bitten when I was sleeping if there was a bug on the bed that I didn't know if it was a flea or something. I'm a little embarrassed because I was bitten here only among the three hotels I traveled to Egypt.

Hi everyone! I stayed at this hotel from March 19-23, 2026. My room was 411. The location is great. The Zamalek area is a super beautiful place! The Nile is wonderful. I really enjoyed it. The hotel's overall condition is good, even though it's only a 3-star. The hotel staff and personnel are very pleasant people. The room and bathroom were both fine, but the view from the window was bad 🤦‍♀️. The food in the restaurant was good quality. I have no complaints. I recommend this hotel. I used the laundry service, and it was fine, no complaints. Thank you very much! 🙌🏻🙏🏻

If you are looking for a seamless, high-quality stay near Cairo International Airport, Le Passage is an exceptional choice. My recent experience here was excellent from start to finish, offering the perfect blend of convenience and luxury. Highlights of the Stay • Prime Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot for layovers or early morning flights. The complimentary airport shuttle is prompt, reliable, and takes the stress out of navigating Cairo’s busy traffic. • Rooms & Comfort: The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and well-soundproofed. Despite being so close to the runways, the atmosphere inside is quiet and relaxing—perfect for catching up on sleep. • Amenities: The pool area is a beautiful oasis, providing a great space to unwind. For those interested in evening entertainment, the on-site ****** and various dining options offer plenty of variety without needing to leave the grounds. • Service: The staff are the true stars of this hotel. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive restaurant service, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The Verdict Whether you are in Cairo for business or just passing through, Le Passage provides a high standard of hospitality that makes it feel like more than just an ”airport hotel.” It is a top-tier destination in its own right. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort and efficiency in Heliopolis.

Great location but difficult to find on the map. Look at my picture to see what the outside entrance looks like because there is no name or identifying marks of the hotel on the outside. They’re on the 5th floor. The staff were also very friendly and hospitality.
