1. The location is excellent, right next to IKEA, and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. 2. The best part is the shuttle bus service to various office buildings, which is very convenient for business travelers. They also have a shuttle to VivoCity, making it easy to get to Sentosa Universal Studios and other attractions. 3. The pool looked nice, but I didn't get a chance to swim. 4. The breakfast area was pleasant, with both indoor and outdoor seating, but the breakfast selection was quite limited.

I booked this through Trip.com. My travel plans changed, and I had booked the room quite far in advance. In my haste, I didn't carefully read the terms and conditions and wasn't aware it was a non-cancellable reservation. I booked for seven nights and tried to cancel even before the 24-hour booking window was up, but they refused. Later, upon arriving at the destination and asking the hotel front desk, they said it was a third-party issue. The hotel's location is excellent, with MRT stations all around. However, the rooms are very small, and the bathroom is incredibly close to the bed, making it unsuitable for families. A twin room is only really comfortable for slender people! Not many hotel staff speak Chinese; most communication is in English, so you might need a translation tool. There's an outdoor pool and an indoor gym on the second floor for guests. Aside from the slightly small rooms and no complimentary mineral water provided, considering Singapore's sky-high land prices, paying over 800 RMB per night is still relatively good value for money overall.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with both the bus station and the MRT station just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thank you to Yen, who made our stay truly memorable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She kindly arranged an early check-in for us and even gave us a room with a beautiful view. Her outstanding service made our trip even more enjoyable and filled our stay with happiness. Highly recommend this hotel, and we sincerely appreciate Yen’s exceptional hospitality!

Capsule can be hit and miss, few days one person next was coughing and talking in the phone late night around midnight, no action was taken upon informing, another day one person was snoring so loud that all the other couldn’t sleep . Sheets were left unchanged for over two days and upon request they were charged.

Very clean! Staff cleaned the room every day thoroughly and to a high standard. The air conditioning was cold, so I slept comfortably. The water pressure was strong. There are many restaurants nearby and transportation is super convenient. The bathroom has a bidet spray. We each got a toothbrush and a large towel. The universal plugs worked directly without needing an adapter. There's a water dispenser with hot water, a comfortable table and chairs, and a hairdryer.

The location is fantastic, right above Outram Park MRT station, with a direct escalator to the subway right opposite the hotel entrance, so you don't have to worry about sun or rain. You can walk to Chinatown, Clarke Quay, and Fort Canning Park, and VivoCity is just one stop away. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby. The room has huge, sparkling clean windows and it's a twin room, which was perfect for me, my mom, and my child. The facilities are decent too, not at all old-fashioned. Every time we came back to the room, the air conditioning was already on and it was nice and cool. We could even get several Chinese TV channels, which my mom and son really enjoyed. The front desk primarily speaks English, but if there was anything I didn't understand, they would clarify in Chinese. I booked a 'pay later' option, and both check-in and check-out were super fast. For check-in, I just handed over my passport, confirmed the room details, and got the key – no deposit needed. For check-out, I simply returned the key. They even proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage. I only received the hotel charge notification after I had already returned to my home country.

For a hostel in Singapore, this place is unbeatable at a price of 100+ (SGD/currency implied). I once stayed in a hostel near Brussels' Grand Place for almost 400 RMB, but it wasn't as good as this one. It had bunk beds without curtains, and the ventilation and hygiene weren't as great. This place has strong air conditioning, and the beds are clean and well-designed. Plus, there's a universal outlet by the bed. It really changed my perception of hostels.

I checked in at around 11:30 p.m. and was hoping to go straight to sleep after taking a shower, but I couldn't fall asleep until 3:30 a.m. because of persistent itching on my back and an uncomfortable pillow. I finally managed to sleep from about 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., but then I was awakened by the sound of motorcycles racing outside. Overall, my stay was not restful, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall, the room was quite small and the facilities were a bit old. The bedding was clean, no bugs or anything. However, it wasn't a duvet but more like a blanket made of a large bath towel material. Let's just say it kept me from getting cold while sleeping. The air conditioner was clunking loudly at first, but miraculously, it quieted down after I adjusted the settings – I guess I got lucky. My child left the travel adapter in the room. Several hours later, I went to the front desk, and despite my broken English, the lovely front desk staff found it for me. A quick registration and it was all sorted. The overall service was quite warm and welcoming. Staying one night was acceptable. Oh, and by the way, there's no wet/dry separation in the bathroom. If that's important to you, make sure to check before booking. Many hotels in Singapore don't have wet/dry separation, likely due to space constraints. It's within walking distance of Clarke Quay, which I recommend visiting at night – it's very close. It's also not far from the MRT station. If you're up for a walk, you can even stroll to Fort Canning Park.
