He helped us carried our luggages to the flight of stairs.. Parking is safe in their private garage and price reasonable for 28euros per night. The lobby and outdoor sitting is so cosy and breezy at night. Recommended to stay.

The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town. Good Hotel in an excellent location for the railway station and main shipping area, although a good walk from the sea front the walk to the front was doable. Of the equipment there is a drip coffee machine, a guard coffee machine with 4 capsules and 4 packets of sugar. The hotel does not provide daily cleaning and linen change. But this was to our advantage. No one disturbed the peace. We stayed for 4 nights. Everything necessary for cleaning the room was there. As far as we understood, this is a type of vacation housing. Cleaning only upon departure. The split system worked properly. The only thing I didn’t like was that they gave me a ridiculously small room, which included a ridiculously small balcony. The windows of the room overlooked the courtyard. Rooms with balconies on the facade are large, but there is construction on the street and the view is so-so, plus noise. In general, it is unpretentious for a discerning consumer, but very clean. If you leave the kitchen uncleaned - cleaning is 50 euros. You also throw out the garbage yourself - where the laundry is. Washing is 5 euros. Drying is 2 euros.
