Room cleaning was decent, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. However, the coffee was a bit disappointing. There's a Chinese restaurant nearby with authentic food at reasonable prices; I recommend it to Chinese tourists. It's about 30 meters to the left of the hotel entrance.

I loved the hotel! The room was comfortable, spacious and clean; The bathroom was huge and well equipped (it had personal hygiene items). I arrived at night and was received very well at the reception. Additionally, they stored my luggage the next day for several hours even after I checked out early. The personnel is very friendly. It is 15 minutes walk from the center and quite close to Torino station. I recommend 100%!

You can hear the voices from the next room, but it's just conversation, so it wasn't too much of a problem and I was able to stay comfortably. It was a bit disappointing that the contents of the trash can in the bathroom were still there. The people at the front desk were very nice. There is no kettle. Shampoo, body gel, hand soap, towels, hair dryer, and paper cups are provided.
