On arriving at the hotel I didn’t find the reception very appealing. However, staff were lovely and the room was great. Very reasonable cost and lots of restaurants basically next door. We did not eat at the hotel but there was a great menu. Bar staff were lovely and accommodated a change on drinks request with no issues. The bed was comfortable and I didn’t hear any noise at night time. We loved our stay and will most definitely return. Thank you Ramada at Wyndham

First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

My shower was pretty cold at 5am in the winter unfortunately and a staff member did try to help to no avail. Would stay again but it's unlikely that this is the first time that hot water has been a problem, you would imagine there would be checks and/or protocols for handling this situation, especially in winter.
