A hotel that exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is super convenient. You can walk to Dubai Mall and easily explore the entire mall plus the Burj Khalifa in one day. For dining, they've brought in a Fridays American restaurant. It's a mix of à la carte and buffet style, and everything I ordered was pretty good, no duds. There's also a convenience store right next to the restaurant with a great selection of bread, light meals, and snacks. The cleanliness is very well maintained; everything is spotless, and hot water for showers and such is always available. I'm quite sensitive to noise. My room faced the Burj Khalifa, and I could hear some traffic noise, but it was very manageable and didn't disturb my sleep. Overall, I still highly recommend it! Even though there was a premium due to peak season, I still feel it was worth it.

It's close to Dubai Mall, but it's still a bit of a walk, so taking a taxi is an option. The environment is very good, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options. They also have a gym. Just remember to ask for a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers at the front desk when you check in, as they aren't provided in the room (or you can bring your own). I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The hotel staff are all fantastic!

The housekeeping staff were also very good, and their contribution deserves recognition.

I saw many complaints about the elevator, it only happened to me once, when I went down from the 62nd floor at 10:30 am, it really took a long time, but the other days, it didn't take more than 5 minutes. My tip, it's really worth staying at this hotel, and if you can, get to the cafe earlier and don't take the elevator at peak time.

First and foremost, the room was clean and tidy with excellent privacy, making for a fantastic stay. This platform consistently delivers; I've always been satisfied with the establishments here. A little research beforehand really saves a lot of hassle! This place is absolutely a safe bet, everyone can come with confidence, it's exactly as described. Overall, everything is very good, and the location of the hotel is excellent. The lobby, however especially the waiting area tends to be quite crowded most of the time, and there are often non guests seen sitting or resting there. The hotel also has a large disco, which makes the area livelier but sometimes adds to the crowd in the evenings. On the other hand, the upper floors of the hotel are peaceful and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The hotel staff, especially the room cleaners, are extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Their service really adds to the overall positive experience.
