We stayed near the Arc de Triomphe the night before, but honestly, that hotel couldn’t compare — this one was so much better. It’s located in a residential area of Paris, giving it a more local, everyday vibe. Although it’s not as lively, there are plenty of nice cafés nearby. The elevator was honestly the smallest I’ve ever seen (said with a laugh). Unlike most hotels where you tap your card and use a key, here the front desk actually recommends leaving your key with them when you go out. The room was more spacious than expected, and they reserved one with a view of the Eiffel Tower for us which made us so happy, especially since it was our first time in Paris. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, offering great advice and assisting us with small things. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The only downside was that the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, but since we walked all over Paris during the day and fell asleep instantly at night, it didn’t really bother us much.

I filled out the pre-arrival questionnaire in detail, mentioning it was our honeymoon and our wedding anniversary as requested. However, we received no special service, which was quite disappointing. I recommend asking the front desk for a detailed explanation of how to use the shower. The hotel is new, very clean, and stylish, but there was no coffee refill for our consecutive stay, and the glasses and mugs provided had stains, making us hesitant to use them. The location is excellent for accessing Montmartre and the Moulin Rouge. A popular bistro, Bouillon, is also right next door. ⭐

The hotel was clean, customer service is top notch, and the location is close to the metro. However, the amenities were not so great. The room is too small, the A/C was not working, and the bathroom got flooded quickly when showering.

Came to the hotel to attend conference at Palais de congress which is literally across the street from the hotel (less than 100 meters). So location was perfect for my needs. The hotel is also located very nearby to public transit - light rail, metro and such. The hotel itself, while under renovations, was very good and I did not feel any disturbances from the renovations. Room was spacious and clean with a nice desk to work from. The bathroom was a little challenging as the bathtub in the room was VERY high and required effort to get in and out. So ask for a room with a shower instead of bathtub if available because this can be an accessibility issue if that is important to you. Breakfast at the hotel is nice and varied. Also - the Wi-Fi at the hotel while perfectly serviceable for basic use cases, was a little bit slow for my business use case which required transferring some heavy files and so that took longer than I expected. But for basic emails, facetime calls, social media and such it was fine (around 10mbps up and down). The Bar and Lounge was also very good - with a nice selection of drinks and food to help you wind down after a long day at the conference. Service at the hotel was amazing - any time I had a question or needed help, staff was always happy to assist and always resolved all issues to my satisfaction. So all in all I highly recommend this hotel - especially if you have an event to attend at the nearby Palais de congress venue.

The hotel has great accessibility, being close to subway stations, and there is a McDonald's right across the street. The staff are very helpful, and you can see the effort they put into satisfying your needs. The street-view terrace is fine but not very necessary.

The location was very good. Hotel clean, but sadly there’s a smell from the toilet so I had to keep the WC door shut at all time to avoid the smell. The wall was thin so I could hear couples arguing the next door. A plus with window to the lively street of Paris (possible security concern).

I thought it would be chaotic in the red light district, but it turned out to be quite safe. The hotel staff was very responsible and the room was clean and nice.

**A Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Paris** This hotel is an absolute gem for its unbeatable location in central Paris! The metro and bus stations are just steps away from the entrance, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. For the price, it’s exceptional value – rare for such a prime spot. The front desk staff went above and beyond: they were not only friendly and efficient but also helped us store our luggage securely with patience and care. Daily room cleaning ensured everything stayed tidy and fresh throughout our stay. A few minor downsides: the elevator is quite small (challenging with bulky suitcases), and single rooms are compact – ideal for solo travelers packing light. However, the **double room was flawless**: spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. If you prioritize location, service, and value, this hotel is a winner. Highly recommended for couples or friends, though solo travelers might prefer to upgrade to a double room for extra space!
