This is the best hotel experience I've had on my European trip. Had a wonderful time in Seville, highly recommended. **Location:** Very close to the bus station, a 10-minute walk, and within walking distance of the Cathedral and other small chapels. It's in the city center, which makes exploring very convenient. It's lively at night, and I felt completely safe walking around. El Corte Inglés is also within walking distance. **Breakfast:** The breakfast here is the best I've had so far on my European journey. They have a self-service fresh orange juice machine, fresh honey, smoked salmon, avocado, and various local olive oils. We enjoyed them so much we bought two bottles directly from the hotel. **Service:** The front desk provided us with a map, explained the attractions, and even helped us call to book a flamenco show. Coffee and desserts are available until 8 PM, and during the Christmas season, they offer special mini-desserts. The hotel also provides free bicycle rentals. Not far away is a riverside bike path, allowing you to cycle past the Torre del Oro all the way to Plaza de España. **Room:** The room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The double bed was a proper large one, not two single beds pushed together. Having a bathtub was great for relaxing and soaking away fatigue, and the water pressure was excellent. I requested a quiet room on Trip.com, and both times I was given a corner room, which was fantastic. The room itself also had good soundproofing. The only minor issue is the higher price during holidays. A night during the Constitution Day holiday was 1.5 times the weekday rate.

This hostel is in a great location, very central with innumerable bars, cafes, restaurants, tavernas, shops and major tourist attractions within easy walking distance. The facilities were clean and well stocked on arrival and remained so throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with secure storage for my bag at no extra cost both before check in and after check out. The bed was basic but comfortable and provided two very good nights of sleep, with plenty of privacy thanks to the curtains, and more than enough storage in the locker and the under-bed drawer, both securable (bring your own padlock). The rooftop veranda and pool (unheated) were an unexpected surprise, as was the free sparkling water tap in the communal area. Only things to be aware of are to bring your own towel (like Douglas Adams said) and padlocks, and be careful what you put on the bedside shelf. I had to retrieve more than one item from down the side of the bed, the ease of which depends on how slender your arms are (mine aren’t 😖). Overall, a big thumbs up and thanks to the staff for a lovely stay

Hotel was a manageable walk away from the attractions and had good food nearby. Staff were helpful in general and there were good gym facilities as well. However, plain water is only complimentary for the first night of stay. This must be the standard in Spain but it surprised me to know.

Excellent staff, very close to the city center, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, I only stayed one night in Seville, but overall everything was great, and the price was also reasonable.

The room was quite good and spacious, and it even had an indoor Bluetooth speaker. However, there were only a few tissues left in the box, and no complimentary drinking water. The cleaning staff were very perfunctory; they didn't even bother to empty the trash.

AAna de Portugal
Excellent location, right in front of the Alcazar Palace and just 200m from the EA airport bus stop (45min to the airport). All the main attractions are within walking distance, for example, Plaza de España is only 5 minutes away. The rooftop bar offers incredible views of the Giralda tower and the cathedral. The interior spaces are very pleasant and well-decorated. The rooms are nice and come with a small kettle, offering a variety of teas and coffees. The shower head was a bit damaged, the water flow was poorly directed, and the glass partition was too short. The bathtub should probably be replaced with a walk-in shower, but overall the facilities are excellent.

Nice spot next to the Setas. Easily walkable to the cathedral and alcazar. Casting to the TV does not work, which was disappointing. The gym is in need of an upgrade, with degrading equipment. The shower was great. Staff very friendly. Very clean. Can be noisy until 1am though if you’re an early sleeper.

We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in Seville. The hotel was opposite a cathedral, and the small square next to it seemed to be the bus terminal; about ten buses stopped there at night. The receptionist spoke English and patiently showed us to our room, explaining how to use the key card lock. The room even had a kettle – a surprise for Chinese tourists! We booked two rooms. One had a cramped bathroom but a spacious and quiet bedroom facing inwards. The other bedroom was slightly smaller but had a spacious bathroom, though it was a bit noisy due to the bus stop across the street. Overall, it was a well-managed hotel with good facilities.

If you are a football fan just live at this hotel! As it locates nearby the home stadium of the Spanish football club Real Betis and fortunately I met some of the players as they lived at there before their home night game!! Hotel staff were very nice who were patient to answer your questions and suggest some tourist spots to you. Gym is quite small but overall was a good living experience

The location of the hotel is very accessible try public transportation either going to the airport or to the city centre. Even though the location was in the surrounding of automotive shops and industrial estate, still its very quiet and safe to walk around coming from a night stroll from the city of Seville.  We managed to book a room, but unfortunately, we ended up booking a room with a double bed and a bunk single bed on top, we tried to change our room to just a double bed but unfortunately, we got a conflicting reaction from the reception desk. Initially, we were advised that they will gonna relocate us the following day as we booked for 3 nights but then, another staff told us that they cannot change the room as it was the one that we initially booked. Other than that, the room served it purpose.  overall, I still highly recommend this hotel simply because of its accessibility to airport and city centre, and also for value for money.
