I stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The room itself was a little on the smaller side, but honestly perfect for two people - comfortable, cosy, and with everything we needed. We had two beds which were really comfortable, and the room included some nice touches like a coffee machine, plenty of towels, and good quality toiletries. The location was also great - close to the city centre, easy to get around, and quiet enough at night for a good sleep. Everything felt safe and well looked after. The only slight downside was that the service could be a bit slow at times. For example, when calling reception for something, it sometimes took quite a while for them to respond or bring what we asked for. It wasn’t a big issue, but something to be aware of if you’re in a hurry. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic. The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel had great amenities, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming. Overall, it’s a great place to stay - clean, comfortable, and convenient. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

In general fine, good view and clean room, the problem is the price of car park, as there are lots of car park here which charge £12 each 12 hours, means if you stay 15 hours you need to pay double - £24.

Basic hotel but in an ideal location short walk to Sauchihall Street, great restaurants close by. Antipasti if you like Italian. Sichuan house, brilliant Chinese restaurant. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. Free WiFi also a free drink from the bar. We didn't have breakfast we went out to eat but there is breakfast for an extra £12 per day if you prefer.

I’ve stayed at the Z hotel Glasgow before, and it remains a high quality, compact accommodation that is clean, comfortable and cosy. The staff are quick to assist with any needs and the location is just off of George square, leaving it squarely in the city centre nearby many bars, restaurants and shops.

We found it difficult driving and finding the hotel. This was due to road diversion. However the staff were helpful in guiding us. Good breakfast.

The room was a bit small, and the cleanliness was okay, but there were some marks on the sheets. They might have been clean marks, but it still bothered me a bit. I requested a room near the elevator, and it was literally right next to it, haha! The hotel is actually quite small, so everything is close by anyway. The service was excellent. My English isn't great, but the front desk lady and guy were both incredibly patient. The lady even used a translation app to tell me what she wanted to say. In the afternoon, I wanted to visit the museum, but my room wasn't ready yet. The lady proactively offered to store my luggage so I could go to the museum first and check in later. When I did check in, she also helped me with my luggage. Their attitude was very friendly throughout. The guy at the restaurant was also super friendly; he recommended the hot chocolate, which was indeed delicious and one of the few things I can praise about an English breakfast. He also noticed I was Chinese and proactively said ”Nihao” and ”Xie Xie,” which was very kind.

The room was quite spacious; three people could easily open two 28-inch suitcases, and there's also luggage storage available. It's very close to the University of Glasgow, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. You can also take a stroll in the nearby park. It's a good option for travelers who want to stay close to the university.

My stay at Safestay Charing Cross was excellent. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of London and within walking distance of many major attractions, restaurants, and public transport links. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hostel was very clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were all tidy and comfortable. I especially appreciated the effort the staff put into keeping everything organized and welcoming. The service was fantastic. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer questions or give recommendations about places to visit nearby. Their positive attitude really made the experience even better. The facilities were also great, with comfortable communal spaces where travelers can relax or meet others. The overall atmosphere felt safe, relaxed, and perfect for solo travelers like myself. I would definitely recommend Safestay Charing Cross to anyone visiting London. It offers a great combination of location, cleanliness, friendly service, and good facilities. I would happily stay here again on my next trip.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I'd read some reviews mentioning a dangerous route with stairs through a parking lot, but that seems to be a shortcut only if you're coming via subway. If you're driving or taking a taxi, you'll discover a surprisingly bustling area nearby with a cinema and a Nando's. The room itself was a typical Ibis room, and the card-access system for the elevators and floors made me feel very secure.
