An absolute gem in the heart of Manchester!” I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn City Centre. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Piccadilly Station and close to all the main attractions. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet for a city hotel. A huge shoutout to the staff who were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this is the perfect base!

I went with my daughter, it was her very first time staying in Manchester, We enjoyed stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and something for everyone. The only thing I would say is that we both didn't get any sleep, not because of any noise from outside, it was actually from the toilet. Each time someone was using the bathroom from a near by room, our toilet would also make noise, that was a pain, but there was no point complaining about that as it qas really late when we came back to the hotel to sleep. And we only stayed one night. But I really would have liked to feel abit more fresh in the morning. I'm not sure if this is an issue with other rooms, but it caused us both not to sleep well. But apart from that, I cant complain. Shower was good and with good pressure. It was very clean. Location was excellent. I would like to try it again, but I would like to ask for a room without the noisy toilet :). Also if you look at the picture. There is cheap all day parking for £6.

I stayed there for a week and it was quite good TBH, the only issue that I had was not providing kettle / tea set as I was going to stay there for a week and I could not make a cup of tea or have some hot water. I cannot carry a kettle when I travel for work, so that was a negative point for sure at this facility. Overall It was a good experience. Bathroom and toilets were looking good and clean so were the beds and the entire room. Under the debs were not properly cleaned and one of the shelves had dust and seemed like that it has not been cleaned for months. I requested for a kettle from the reception and it was declined the first day and again I requested then I was provided with a kettle by a different receptionist. The rooms do not have a fridge anymore but instead there is a cooler which does the work for me. I will not stop here again as it was lack of kettles, that is the only major issue I found TBH.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, located in the iconic Beetham Tower, and overall, my experience was memorable for many reasons. From the moment you step through the revolving doors of this striking glass skyscraper, you’re met with a sense of modern grandeur that sets the tone for the entire stay. Location & First Impressions The location is absolutely superb — right on Deansgate, within walking distance of the best that Manchester has to offer, including the Arndale shopping centre, the Spinningfields business district, and the bustling nightlife of the Northern Quarter. Public transport connections are excellent, with Deansgate station just steps away. On arrival, the reception area made a strong impression. High ceilings, clean lines, and sophisticated decor give it a contemporary and stylish feel. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away, even though the lobby was quite busy. Rooms & Comfort My room was on one of the higher floors, offering truly stunning views of the Manchester skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows — easily one of the standout features of this hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp linens and plush pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. The room was equipped with everything you would expect from a four-star Hilton property: a large TV, iron and ironing board, mini-fridge, safe, and a decent workspace with good lighting for business travelers. The bathroom was clean, modern, and stocked with quality toiletries, although the water pressure in the shower could have been slightly stronger. Overall, the cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay. Facilities & Amenities The facilities are where the Hilton Manchester Deansgate really shines. The health club and spa are a big bonus, with a good-sized swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. I particularly appreciated the sauna and steam room after a long day exploring the city. The Executive Lounge, available to guests staying on executive floors or with Hilton Honors status, was a peaceful retreat. It offered a good selection of

I really enjoyed my stay during my first visit to Greater Manchester to see my favourite live band. The hotel is in a perfect location, right next to a Wetherspoon pub and close to Piccadilly Station. My room was spacious, with a big, comfortable bed, a spotless bathroom, and a lovely city view. It also had great extras like a hairdryer, ironing facilities, tea and coffee with a kettle, and a smart TV. I stayed for two nights and would happily return.

Britannia Hotel Manchester has an undeniably grand, old-world charm—but it shows its age in ways both atmospheric and inconvenient. The lobby’s sweeping staircase and chandeliers hint at past glory, and the central location is excellent for shopping, trains, and nightlife. However, that vintage character often slips into dated and tired. Rooms vary widely: some are spacious, others cramped; décor can feel worn, with scuffed furnishings and thin walls. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but inconsistent. Bathrooms work, though water pressure and temperature can fluctuate. Service is hit-or-miss—some staff are friendly and efficient, others seem overwhelmed during busy periods. Noise from corridors and nearby bars can be an issue, so light sleepers should request interior rooms or bring earplugs. For the price, it’s a functional base in the city center with nostalgic charm, provided your expectations are modest and you value location over modern comforts. Potential, but in need of refresh.
