If you're staying downtown, you *have* to pick this place! We stayed for three nights, and while the room wasn't huge, we still managed to fit two large suitcases comfortably. We pushed the two beds together, and it was perfect for two adults and a child with plenty of space. The beds were just the right firmness, making for a really comfortable sleep, and the room was cleaned promptly every day. The best part, though, is the super convenient location. There's a Coconut store on the first floor of the adjacent shopping mall, a food court on the fifth floor, and the subway is right in the basement. You can also cut through the mall to get to Centre Point across the street, where there's a bak kut teh spot with barely any queues – what a lifesaver! If you have some free time, check out Cotton On in the basement; it's a local brand. And even if you don't plan to swim, definitely go check out the pool area upstairs – it's so chill!

I booked two premier twin rooms, but we were given two rooms with different configurations, mainly in terms of toiletries. One was on the 11th floor and the other on the 13th. I'm not sure which one was the premier twin. When checking in, the front desk staff didn't speak Chinese, so we didn't discuss it much. The refrigerator in the 11th-floor room made a cicada-like noise, disturbing my sleep. When I reported it to the front desk, they said 'nobody can speak Chinese.' Their 'curry-flavored English' was indeed difficult to understand and quite arrogant. Eventually, they did help us turn off the refrigerator. The hotel's advertised Chinese service was only occasionally available. During our four-night stay, the key card for the 13th-floor room demagnetized twice. When I reported it to the front desk, there was a young man who spoke Chinese and even offered service with a smile. I bought breakfast at the hotel for one day and found a hair in my food; the cutlery wasn't clean either. The hotel's location is good, so I recommend eating breakfast elsewhere. B1 to B4 are surprisingly spacious and interesting. Room cleaning was prompt and the rooms were clean.

We were a family of three and booked for two nights. The room was really small, but the bed was big and very soft. If you don't like very soft beds that 'hug' you, then this isn't for you. Check-in was self-service, which was quick and easy, very convenient. There's a pool on the 10th floor; it was lovely to swim and enjoy the night view after a tiring day of sightseeing. There's also an underground food court near the hotel with reasonable prices and food that caters more to Chinese tastes. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Overall, it's very convenient.

Let's start with the location, as that's there the hotel advantage stands out the most. Within walking distances, you'll find many local attractions and interesting yet cheap food choices. We admit that the exterior does look worn down and due for a makeover. However, the hotel reception is welcoming and friendly. The room is clean and has everything you'll need for a good night stay. They upgraded my room to one with window and it's rather quiet despite of it all. The hallway and lobby does look a little aged but the room is still very decent and tidy. The breakfast is adequate and while seatings it's limited, they do offer outdoor seatings. We are thankful for how friendly the staffs are.

Stayed at ST Signature and had a pleasant overall experience. The concept is modern and efficient, especially suitable for short stays or travellers who value convenience. The room was compact but thoughtfully designed, making good use of space, and it was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made arrival quick and easy. The location is a strong plus, with MRT stations, food options, and convenience stores within walking distance.

The 14 sq m room with a 1.8m king-size bed was larger than I expected. I thought it'd be tiny, but there was actually a decent space near the entrance for luggage. Everything in the mini-bar, including the three drinks in the fridge, was complimentary. Although the bathroom was small, it had a good wet/dry separation. The towels seemed relatively new, but we brought our own. I have a feeling the walls aren't brick but some kind of pre-fabricated panels, which explains the poor soundproofing. I booked this over a month in advance for 545 RMB including tax. For a city center location, this price is excellent. Overall, it's small but well-designed, perfectly fine for two people, especially given how much cheaper it is compared to other hotels.

If you see the hotel right in front or MRT and its just 2 minute walk from Lavender station, you start getting good feeling about it. Then even grocery stores, a few restaurants are just on the ground floor. Even the hotel staff gave a 2 hr early check-in, with so easy and seemless checkout. The staff at hotel was very generous and welcoming. The rooms were also very clean. The options at breakfast were a little less, but it was healthy and sumptuous everyday. Highly recommended.

The spring water pool is great! There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and a free buggy stop, and the beach is just across the road. The location is excellent, though the room facilities are a bit old and the air conditioning is very noisy. There are squirrels, peacocks, and monitor lizards on the hotel grounds... very interesting.
