My stay was absolutely fantastic, I was truly impressed! 1. The entire process was self-service and very convenient. The staff were proactive in telling me to reach out if I needed anything (providing help without being intrusive). 2. The room key was a wristband, which made everything so easy – opening the door, using the vending machine – no more forgetting my card! 3. The shared bathrooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. The hot water supply was plentiful and piping hot. There was a dedicated vanity area with multiple hair dryers. They even had a sauna (available from 8:00 to 22:00)! 4. The bedrooms had a capsule-style feel, but the soundproofing was excellent, making it incredibly quiet. I didn't hear a peep the entire time. Despite being compact, they were fully equipped with space for luggage, clothes hangers, and a small table. 5. The lobby had a communal lounge area, and the bar served drinks in the evening. I arrived quite late, and there were a few people having drinks and chatting quietly, creating a very chill yet warm atmosphere. 6. There was a kitchen with a good range of appliances, including a microwave, air fryer, and juicer. 7. After check-out, you can store your luggage for up to 24 hours in a pretty spacious storage area. I was going to ask how it worked, but then I saw the instructions directly on the lockers, which answered all my questions and saved me the trouble of having to ask someone. The product experience is truly great! They've really thought of a lot of details in advance.

The room isn't big, but it's quite comfortable. You can ask for disposable slippers and a toothbrush at the front desk. There's no default cleaning service, which is perfect for those who prefer peace and quiet. The mattress has a medium firmness, and the bedding is good too.

Great location, very convenient for transport. This is a large hotel with lots of guests, and you often see groups of young people coming and going. The beds are generally comfortable. The female-only dorm I stayed in had a private bathroom with the toilet and shower in two separate small rooms, which was very convenient.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Copenhagen, close to many city attractions. It's within walking distance of the pedestrian street and Nyhavn, and public transport is easily accessible, with both the Central Station and metro station a convenient walk away.

We had the pleasure of spending a few days at this beautiful hotel – and we highly recommend it! The location is unbeatable: central yet quiet, with many attractions, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance. We felt completely at home and would return anytime.

Rooms were very small and a bit worn off, but bed was okay and comfortable. To open the windows, you need to climb on the bed first. Bathroom small but more or less clean - no room service except you ask for it! Breakfast simple but okay, location great beeing directly in City Center. Next subway station to airport was a 10min walk. Get the Burger just out the door when you see it’s empty - because it usually always is crowded!

The location is not far from the Town Hall. It consists of two sections (different entrances) - a bar (the reception is also there), the next door leads to the hostel rooms, which occupy six floors. The elevator (of an old design) goes only to the fifth - so those who got a room on the sixth will have to walk one more floor up.The rooms are quite cramped, the top bed is suspended on pipes, which can give the impression that you are in a basement. On the entire floor - only two toilets, two sinks and three showers. The kitchen as such is not available to guests - there is a small dark room on the ground floor under the bar - which contains two small refrigerators, a microwave, a kettle. There is not even a sink with running water - this can be difficult if you need to wash your own dishes, fruits/vegetables, etc.

I can’t imagine a better location for a stay in Copenhagen. Being right next to the main train station made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The room was just the right size for a couple, and the in-room sink was a thoughtful touch that made getting ready in the mornings and evenings much smoother. The shared bathrooms were also a pleasant surprise — each toilet and shower had its own private cubicle, which felt much more comfortable and well-designed compared to typical hostel setups. The room didn’t have air conditioning, but the fan provided was more than enough for me, even though I normally run hot. We noticed the room could feel a bit stuffy with the windows closed, so we tried to keep them open as much as possible. The downside was that the street noise from people and cars at night sometimes disturbed our sleep. The only other drawback was the luggage storage. It’s not included in the stay, and there’s an extra charge of 40 DKK per bag for the day, plus a 5 DKK service fee per bag. A small detail, but something worth knowing in advance.

Pro Friendly service, a staff I think her name is Kathaya was very helpful. Eaely check in option from 11am which I recommend. You need to book this before 24h, via the app. I would recommend this to those who arrive early so you can rest and get to your plan soon. Toilet paper of high quality for a budget hotel:) Good quality towel for family room. Kitchen in common area if you want to make anything simple (eg instant noodle). Large common area to hang out, order food, play. Laundry self service at a reasonable price. Storage area (free and also paid) available. 5-7 mins walk to the metro stop, which takes 2 stop to arrive at the Central Station. Cons Room a bit small, but worth the price No aircon so room can be hot, but you can ask for a fan if needed No kettle in the room (but they provide good shared kitchen in common area) Verdict For the price tag, definitely a go to place for me if coming to Copenhagen again.
