Excellent location, literally a 2-3 min walk from Earl’s Court station which has the Piccadilly and District lines. Excellent value for money, best price in the area. Rooms are very clean. Has an iron + ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, TV and fridge. No breakfast but in the lobby they have a selection of complimentary fruits, hot drinks and a water cooler. Reception is available from 8am - 11pm. Really pleased with having booked this place.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 5-6 minute walk via a connected walkway from Heathrow Airport Terminal 4. The rooms are more spacious than what you'd find in the city center, well-lit, and the shower pressure is excellent. The English breakfast offers a great variety too. Overall, fantastic value for money!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions, and the room was decent. However, check-in time is in the afternoon, so if you arrive early, you'll have to store your luggage first. Also, we had booked a twin room, but the hotel kept trying to give us a single room. We had to decline multiple times before they finally gave up.

The staff's service attitude was excellent, but the facilities left much to be desired. The bathroom fixtures were quite old, and the shower, in particular, wasn't designed for Asian heights, making it difficult to control the water flow. Washing was a real struggle, and there were several clogs, impacting cleanliness. Overall, it was a very inconvenient experience. Additionally, the hotel room faced the street, so the constant noise of passing cars was unavoidable. If you're a light sleeper, it would be extremely hard to fall asleep!!

I stayed in a single room 512. It was a larger than expected room and the bed was high and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find you can catch the H91 bus from Osterley or walk for 15 mins from the station. The room had a fridge, TV and a decent bathroom with body cream in addition to all the usual cleansers. The shower was great! The room was carpeted and that was nice. There was a kettle with a basic range of hot drinks. The breakfast was good but the coffee not so good. I liked the choice of fresh fruit. The hot breakfast was varied but a bit cold. The toaster was not toasting the bread that well. The croissants were very nice crappy and fresh. The staff were pleasant and the foyer areas welcoming. I enjoyed my stay as I was visiting Kew Gardens and it took a short bus ride directly from the hotel and that was very good. So local to visit Kew Gardens. There are lots of food places around the hotel that are excellent value. I tried a chicken Biryani and it was superb! All very reasonably priced. The H91 bus stop is directly outside the hotel. I had a good view of Heathrow airport from my window and I was amazed how many flights went over the hotel. I couldn’t hear the planes but enjoyed watching them. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay again. It was a good value choice and met all my needs. Excellent stay for visiting Kew Gardens and a very reasonable price! The images I’ve uploaded are the hotel from the outside the view from my room, interior of the room after I stayed! And the bathroom and cleansers hope it’s a help folks!

Here's a breakdown of my stay: **Pros:** 1. The mattress was quite soft and comfortable. However, there was no mirror, small accent light, power outlets, or ventilation fan in the room. 2. Relatively clean and tidy: The public areas of the restrooms were cleaned 2-3 times a day. 3. Excellent location: Situated in the bustling city center, right next to the National Gallery and Chinatown. The British Museum is also within walking distance. 4. Quite safe: There's security at the hotel entrance checking guest key cards for building entry. Each floor is divided into multiple segregated zones, requiring a specific key card for access. Each capsule bunk has a rolling door that can be locked from both the inside and outside. You'll need to bring your own small lock to secure it from the outside. **Important Notes/Tips:** Early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage all incur separate fees. Luggage storage costs around £15 per piece. I recommend using an external convenience store for luggage storage, which costs about £3 per piece per day. For example, check out the Chinese store at 68 Eversholt Street, which is close to St Pancras and Euston stations, and the British Museum. Also, you can download the 'Too Good To Go' app. Every morning, you can purchase a breakfast 'surprise bag' from the Radisson Blu hotel a few hundred meters away for a discounted price of £5.50 (the original price for the breakfast buffet is £29.90 per person).

The nearest tube station is a 8-10 minute walk, and the bus stop is very close. It's near UCL and not far from the British Museum on foot. I thought the 0.8m bed would be too narrow, but it was actually fine. The room is indeed small but perfectly adequate. It shares a building complex with 'The Sleeper' hotel, but has a different restaurant and is a bit cheaper. The service was good, and the shower pressure was decent, which is a big plus as many hotels in the UK have very low water pressure. I didn't experience any fire alarms in the middle of the night. As for breakfast, most places in the UK are pretty similar, but this one was quite substantial. Good value for money overall.

I had a really enjoyable stay in this beautiful and spacious room. The design was elegant, and there was plenty of space to move around comfortably. I especially appreciated the pleasant seating area with a table, chair, and a good-sized wardrobe—it made the room feel cozy and functional. On the minor side, I noticed a little dust in a couple of places, which could have been tidied up better. Also, the room itself felt a bit chilly temperature-wise, even though the bathroom was nicely warm. A small adjustment to the heating would have made it perfect. Despite these tiny things, the room was a highlight of my trip. Great value and very welcoming overall—highly recommend
