Brilliant service. Infact on this app i paid for 2 adults breakfast at time of booking but when i got to the hotel and checked in they confirmed that i actually paid for 4 adults!!! Other than that hotel room superb, clean and quite spacious. Would book again. Full retail park across the road.

I had issues with the date so wasn't able to travel during the said booked time. I would like to give a special thanks to the lady I spoke to on phone who was really considerate and listened to me (I called several times) and arranged another day convenient for me. The room was nice but the walls were very thin due to which when people were playing music we could hear it in ours till 2am in the morning. Although they quickly responded when complained but the walls should be thicker so that people can enjoy their stay when they paid so much in a good hotel!

The staff were friendly, and the location for the hotel was great, the room which was a standard king was very dusty and didn't look to have been cleaned properly, also the shaver plug didn't work and when I asked about it the guy at reception didn't know what they were, they sent someone up and found the fuse had blown, however they didn't replace it and sort it out... I stayed here a year ago and it was much better in all aspects, it doesn't seem to have kept itself up to standard.

We arrived late, so had to phone the mobile number provided, and were greeted with prompt and efficient service to take us directly to our room. The room exceeded expectations, considering the price, the facilities were very good, considering the price. The room was warm in the middle of winter and had private access to an outside yard. We had a quiet and peaceful night's sleep, leaving us invigorated for the day ahead. The first room smelt of cannabis and the edge of the bed metal piece was sticking out with shower gel half empty. Therefore I was given another room which was in excellent condition, it was a lot bigger with a massive TV screen. This hotel’s bathroom had a hair dryer and a hair straightener too. They also had an ironing board. The person at the reception was very friendly, smiled no matter what and even offered tea whilst I was waiting. Some of the rooms had good views example you could see the Leicester wheel.
